- The atmosphere of the college is good and the fest which are organised by the college are well maintained
- Security is very good as no one is allowed to enter the college without their Id card even during the times of fest
- At last as our college is very famous for gardens and we have the best garden area in the delhi university you will also find many girl rest area rooms.
Dislikes
- Washroom- the washrooms in old building are not at all well maintained so we have to move to nsb building in order to use the washroom.
- The college is very strict for their curriculum which sometimes build pressure.
Course Curriculum Overview
So my course is BSC (Program) Life Science as for this course you have three parent department that is you have to study zoology, botany and chemistry. For students who chose PCB in their class 11 and are confused which field to go this is the best option. As this course will provide you knowledge in all the three subjects so later you can choose which path to follow for your masters. Exams - Held 2 times in a year and the question paper is mostly based on pyq. So pyq helps a lot
Fees and Financial Aid
So I paid 14500 for my 1st year and as for scholarship you have to give exam and on the basis of your marks or by your 12th cgpa you will get your scholarship. The course fee is not that much as it is a government college but the hostel fee is very high as you have to pay 1,80,000 for a year service.
Campus Life
Till now my college life is quite good and I really appreciate that. The main thing in college is fest and society and you will get every society in our college which you can choose according to your qualities and interest. The annual fest of college is known as RHAPSODY which majorly held between February - May and then we have departmental fest. The library is good and you will find majority of the books. Majorly all types of sports are available and you can also get admitted through sports quota.
Admission
Eligibilty- 12th pass with Physics, Chemistry and Biology Admission through cuet exam and the registration starts at the month of late February or starting of March. Application fee depend on the subjects you chose in which you will appear for your cuet exam. Reservation are applied in every courses if you belong to Sc/St/Obc/Ews or any other categories as every college has different reservation categories. The cuet exams is not that difficult it is of 12th level when I gave my exam but they are increasing the.level of their exam. The main problem is that in admission process there are certain rounds in which admissions of students takes place so after two or three rounds classes starts to take place so for other students who got admitted late they majorly face problems as for them everything is new.
Faculty
Some of the faculty are well qualified and maintained as they always come to classes at time and they teach well but some faculty are not at all good. Like it becomes difficult for us to understand.
