Likes
- College infrastructure is so good. At this amount of fees, college campus is good and large. Faculty are also very good and engaging with students. Examination pattern and level is also very good. Cleanliness and management is good of this college.
- There are so many fest and events organised in this institute. Every year a annual sports meet is held. There are two fests - prayukti and riveria. There is also a Annual cultural meet held every year. In this college lots of opportunities are here.
- There are lots of Clubs and societies in this college. In clubs and societies, we can see a different angle of this college. Each club organise their workshop and events every year, students take part and learn lots of things through those events.
Dislikes
- Semester time. We know that semester is of 6 month approx. But 6month of semester is completed in 4 months. So students have to struggle for their semester exam preparation. College just take their examination but students have to face problems.
- Fights held in college. There are lots of quarrel between seniors. They fight with each other. Due to this fight, juniors and girls students are affected. College authority is not so strong to control that fights. They need to fix this. Hope so
Course Curriculum Overview
Although, I have chosen BTech in Information Technology. Course curriculum is well mannered and effective. In first year all branches have to study same. After 1st year, their studies are different according to their branch. Curriculum is designed for our placements and interviews. Like DSA, DBMS are there in 2nd or 3rd year.
Internships Opportunities
There are many internship opportunities available in this college. As our seniors said, when we come in 3rd year, we have to make projects and submit them. This is essential for our placements. Companies like Accenture, PWC, TCS also offer internship here. Core branches are also offered internship opportunities.
Placement Experience
College placements are very good and appreciable. Just you have to study well and prepare for placement. Companies come here. And hires also. Average placement record is 7lpa this year. Highest package offered is 33lpa. No of companies visit is above 150+
Fees and Financial Aid
See fees of hostel is 12000 per semester. Means 24000 per year. And fees of even semester is 60000. And fees of odd semester is 63000. It means fees of a year is 123000. This fees is Same for every branch in this college. Students can avail scholarships and government loan facilities in this college.
Campus Life
There are two fests in this college. One riveria and other prayukti. Both fests are grand and superb. Every year an annual sports meet is held and an annual cultural meet is held. In this college you have lots of opportunities to shine you. So don't worry about that. There are lots of Clubs and societies in this college. You will see different aspects of college in this clubs or societies.
Hostel Facilities
Hostel facilities are so good. Hostel food are also good here. Meal quality and menu are very good. You have lots of options. In a room 3 or 4 students are there. You can register for hostel in admission process. There are also lots of rented room and pg available near the college. So don't worry about living.
Admission
We need to give WBJEE or JEE Main exam to get admission by entrance exam. Otherwise you can take direct admission in this college. You have to pay some additional amount. In college admission process is convenient and easy. Just you have to wait in line. Last year above 1600 students take admission. So you have to keep patience and follow the process.
Faculty
Faculty members are so good. In this college there are two stage of teacher. A professor and and a assistant professor. Most of the time, Assistant professor takes our classes. All are well knowledge gained faculty. They are so down to earth. There approach of teaching is also very very good. We can ask doubts to them easily. Some teachers are not good, as we couldn't understand their teaching. Otherwise everything is fine.
