Review of University

I like computer engineering. So I took this BTech course on this subject. It also has a high practical value. The curriculum teaches different programming languages, different sectors of computer science which are usually used in real life problems. The frequency of exams are also well planned such that no student will feel any pressure. The exams are normally between easy to moderate level.

we have good internship opportunities. Our university provides internship in various technical subjects like AI, ML, cloud computing, robotics, image editting, video editting, photography, biotechnology etc.

From 7th semester students become eligible for campus placements. Name fo companies: wipro, oil etc. Highest: approx. 20LPA, average: 12LPA percentage of students getting placements: 50-60%

Fees are a little high as it is a semi-government institution. The complete cost of my education will be somewhere around 180000. There are finacial aids for students with their family having a low income.

Technichal festivals: heckathon, codegem etc. We have the buggest library in assam. It has all kinds of books and journals. facilities in classrooms are good. Our institution also foucuses greatly on sports and extracurricular activities. In versity week students show those talents.

I got admitted through my Common Entrance Examination (CEE) 2022 score. The application form is given by Assam Science and Technology University (ASTU) along with other details. The application process is a little longer.

The faculty-to-student ratio is well enough. It has a huge impact on learning experience. The faculties are very knowledgeable and well-experienced. Their approch to teaching is such that every student can understand the topic equally. You can interact with the teachers at any time. They are normaly in their respective department rooms.
