Christ honest review

I have applied to Kristu Jayanthi College , Symbiosis , St Xaviers and Christ University. I applied for BCOM Business Analytics in KJC, Bsc Economics in Symbiosis and BMS in St Xaviers. I got admission into all the colleges I applied except St Xaviers as the seats are less. I didnot want to do economics and comparing KJC with Christ always Christ University is better. In all the colleges they need 75% of marks in our 11th and 12th grades. Admission process for Christ Deemed to be University is to apply for the course we need through the website. Then we have to choose entrance test date and an interview slot. During the interview the students will have a skill assessment and a PI where the students are required to speak on a given topic for 3 minutes. I gave the entrance only for Chirst university and NMIMS. I got into both but I choose Christ over NMIMS. This is because I have heard of Christ that the students here are much better than the students who got out of NMIMS. Christ is a stricter college but it is better for our betterment only. The main reason for choosing Christ was its reputation and brand name. Christ University is one of the top universities in India. The faculty reviews, pass-out rate, the quality of education, and the overall university experience make one choose it. Though there are other colleges that offer the dual major of psychology and economics, their packages seemed too expensive in my opinion. Some charged 1.5 lakh and some 3 lakh. Chrsit offered a suitable package with an acceptable fee structure and curriculum. They also offer better student exchange programs in my opinion....Read More

I didn't get chance to only one college I applied to that's is Cmi.. The admission process of my college is the will taken a physical interview of urs. Whichever have 3 round.. In round one we have to tell about ourself. Next round they will ask some question about stat/cs ( because I did my ug in Stat) then in 3rd period they're will ask to give a speech on random topic for 90 sec.. The admission process of this college was really smooth, I had to go through a level of entrance examination, skill assesment, personal interview and micro presentation. I chose this college as Christ focuses on nurturing holistic growth and not only academics while other college didn't really reach that mark.
