Likes

I really liked the hostel facilities of this college
I also like the college hospital because it has good patient input
I also like the faculty teaching because they are well experienced

Dislikes

Too much crowded in the hospital so it makes some what clumsy
More traffic near the college and hospital
Ground is somewhat short it should have been little big

Course Curriculum Overview

Basically over course is five years including one year internship mainly that influenced me to choose this course is its interaction with patients and exams will be conducted after two to three months regularly

Class Size: 150Course Fees: INR 60000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees will be around sixty thousand per year and hostel fees will be twelve thousand and we will get thirty thousand per months in internship and most of the students will get scholarships too and i havent seen any fees hikes recently.

Campus Life

We in our college will have college fests regularly and there are lots of medical journals in our library and library is very spacious and sports are well encouraged in our college and there is eco club which helps in all round development.

Admission

To get into our college and course that is MBBS we need to give entrance exam called NEET UG after 12th standard and cutoff for general merit to our college is around twenty thousand and there are certain reservations

The faculty memebers of our college are very well experienced and teaches us very well by taking personal care and closely looks over our academics and supports well in other activities too and they supports us morally.

Course Curriculum Overview:

curriculum is designed to be highly relevant and comprehensive for modern medical practice.Early Clinical Exposure is One of the strongest aspects of the curriculum is introducing students to patients in their very second year. The final year of the curriculum—the Compulsory Rotatory Residential Internship (CRRI) is effective it prepares students for the high-pressure environment of Indian healthcare, making them very capable of handling emergencies and outpatient departments (OPD ). Students feel that lectures are still too focused on passive PowerPoint presentations.Rigorous schedule, integrating "Life Skills" or "Stress Management" modules more formally into the foundation course would be helpful. The university exams (RGUHS) are generally fair but require a very high level of descriptive writing and practical precision.

Course Curriculum Overview:

the classes are taken regularly in preclinical and paraclinical subject and some of clinical subjects as well. these are slidepresentation, demonstration and group discussions. there is great learning opportunities. case discusions are done in clinical postings. integrated leaning is not much practiced and would be drawback. library timings are not suitable at all.

Mbbs course is one of the high respective course. We want to face many struggles during exams. But in future we will become excellenct doctor. Exams are not that much tough, but still passing marks in mbbs course is 40% (cbme curriculum). Last year it was 50% passing marks. We want to practice diagram for anatomy and physiology we want to write short notes.

Medical college with the best infrastructure in India

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is great. It is followed as per RGUHS ( Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences) guidelines. There are currently RS4, RS5 and RS6 curriculums. Each curriculum is different in it's own way. The pattern of subjects, exams and NEXT exam has changed as per each year and curriculum.

Course Curriculum Overview:

We have internals once in around 3 months and we have yearly final exams. The average of the three internals is added to the final marks to declare the results. The exams are of average difficulty. Not too difficult to pass.

Placement Experience:

The first batch of students is passed out in this year from our college. Now they are doing their house sutgency. Besides they are preparing for their pg studies. Most of the students will opt for higher studies like MS, MD, etc. Our hospital is average with average cases. And specialty hospital construction work is going on.
