Course Curriculum Overview
The curriculum is quite relevant in the real world applications or for further academic pursuits. The frequency of exams is 4 exams per year with some tests too. The teaching methods varies from professor to professor.
Internships Opportunities
Some notable companies like Samsung, Google, Microsoft, Nvidia, Amazon, Adobe, etc. offers internship opportunities in our campus. The stipend is great too and it varies from companies to companies. Having a great alumni base also helps us to bag off campus internships too.
Placement Experience
The placements are quite good and alot of companies visit our campus every year and almost all the students gets placed either on campus or off campus every year. The median package for our department is around 16 lakhs rupees annually.
Fees and Financial Aid
The tution fees is at par with other IITs/premier institutes. The complete fees is about 120000INR for the four year course. There are a lot of scholarship opportunities available in the campus for which you can apply.
Campus Life
The campus life is quite happening and you will enjoy every moment over here. A lot of societies are here in which you can be a part of. Alot of fests are organised every year at varied timelines. The infrastructure is really good too. We have a really huge library over here where almost everything is available you will need in your academics.
Hostel Facilities
The rooms are not that spacious but decent. The meal quality is also decent but you have alot of other options available too. The food is affordable and it is compulsory to opt for hostel and mess over here.
Admission
There is an exam called Jee Advanced on the basis of which the admission process is driven. Then there is counselling conducted where you are allotted the seats in the colleges and you can either accept or deny that seat in a given timeframe.
Faculty
The faculties are really very good with their subjects. The faculty-to-student ratio is also good. Sometimes, the approach of teaching gets a bit wrong but otherwise it is good. Certain professors allow you to meet them personally if you have any kind of doubts so the approachability is also decent.
