Remarks

The college is one of the great colleges in Mumbai and management is really good to take all decisions in favour of students.

Entrance Preview

The merit list was considered for admission. I was in the required merit to get this subject combination.

Course Curriculum Overview

I have opted statistics and mathematics group. This group is having a bright future. Statistics has a great demand nowdays.

Internships Opportunities

I am pursuing a degree for which there is no stipend given in any institution. The Ph.D. students can get the stipend. For B.Sc. there is no stipend. I do not have idea about general stipend offered.

Placement Experience

I am pursuing a degree course, after this I need to go for M.Sc. and after that I can go for placements. I think for B.Sc. there is no need of any placement.

College Events

Various days like chocolate day, rose day etc are celebrated. Gathering was very great. Also, there are many seminars regarding future scope of our subject.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Yes, there are good scholarships available in the college. I have not availed.

There is a great campus life in Bandodkar college. There are good labs, clean canteen. Many extra curricular activities are conducted in this college.

Exam Structure

Semester pattern is applicable for our course. Each semester consists of one internal examination one practical examination and final examination. One semester is of six months.

The faculty is well educated and experienced enough to give us correct idea of various concepts. The concepts are being deeply taught and further assignments gives us the confidence in the subject. the faculty is explaining each and every concept in much

I chose Biotechnology because it is a multidisciplinary field. We get to study not only topics related to biotechnology but also biochemistry, bio physics, bio informatics, bio statistics, etc. Mostly everything that is essential for future exams is taught during the span of 3 years. The topics of the units are taught in depth but the questions asked during exams are comparatively easy as to what all we studied. The frequency of the exam is, 1 internal exam which consists of both mcqs and written exam, the semester exam for each semester and practical exams for each subject. If u have studied then you will be able to attempt the questions.

The Campus Story : the lands of horror.

Placement Experience:

My college gives campus placement placement opportunities typically after 4th semester, which is the 2nd half of the 2nd year. As my college has a partnership with IBM so the standards of campus placement go right up as the placement depends on the curriculum performance of the student so can't really say much for this. If saying as a stalemate, getting a placement is basically confirmed if the student maintains his/her CGPA of 6-7, which shows the consistent of the student in their field.

The college is good for teaching there is all highly educated teacher. All types of activities are done in college. If anyone is talented in any field college give the opportunity to get a success ahead. There are many games played in college like cricket, football, volleyball, table tennis, and many more.
