Likes
- Friendly and caring faculty. They support on every need of our and take extra effort to clear all the doubts. They take extra lab sessions to give more practice in coding and all. Also provide assistance in clearing backlog and personal mentors
- The college atmosphere is great situation in an open and a little high from the normal road level which gives a good view and lot of greenary also able to get good atmosphere and plenty of fresh air to relax. Also less noise form vehicles etc.
- The overall unity between every branch and students from other classes including seniors and juniors.
Dislikes
- There is something called sem registration form which need to collect sign from different faculty which is very inconvenient considering we need to run to different departments to collect sign.
Course Curriculum Overview
I was into computer and problem solving related to computer soo much thats why i choose the course. I won't say this curriculam prepare you for real world applications its you will learn the basics of programming languages. It would be much more useful if they teach the course that can be job oriented or can be useful in work life so we can directly enter into a job after the course. Exams are frequently conducted after each 2 module series exam are conducted there is around 3 series exam and 1 practical lab exam And 1 university exam and 1 university lab exam.
Placement Experience
From the 5th sem onwards students are eligible for placements. But special training are given to selected students based on the academic performance of students which i didn't like that separation cause everyone need training in my openion. Company visited was tcs,gice,poornam,sutherland,woxro etc About 50% of people got placement from college. My plan was to study a short term course so i can learn real world application and join a company
Fees and Financial Aid
I paid around 1 lakh in the first year from 2nd year ownwards i paid around 84000 rupees overall lab fees included. I opted for NRI seats. Caution fees was around 5000 which is refundable at the end of course. Alumni fees was 5000 not refundable. For management seat the fees was around 73000 rupees.
Campus Life
The technical festival is conducted every year its a grand festival with lot of programs and competitions which is best for earning activity points, along with every year arts and sports are conducted the arts days are soo grand and enjoyable memories of my college life. We have a library in college which contains almost all useful journals and book to refer too. Along with sports and arts there are a lot of clubs and groups such as nss,media club, etc etc.
Admission
Since 2020 was corona time i didn't applied to much college i chose this college because it was nearby so i can easily come and go from my house. My cousin studied in this college so i didn't had any second thoughts. The admission procedure is simple just contact the college office and they will assist you with everything.
Faculty
The faculty to student ratio is perfect there is almost no session of class left un attended also each students are provided with personal mentors. The faculty i liked most is i like every faculty who thought me everyone is soo friendly and soo supportive in every matter. Thers is no one i don't like.
