Nit Srinagar college in heaven

If you want to know the mechanism and construction of bridges, railway lines , airport and unique building architecture so join civil engineering, that's why I join civil engineering. Currently I am in 2nd year I am learning building structure and material used in construction.Hence civil engineering provide you a good knowledge about different types of construction of bridges, building and houses . I think there is less involvement of AI in civil engineering so it should be increased. The examination held in every 2 months .

KEC provide internship and placement to students as Analyst in there company. Chenab river bridge management provide internship in to students for maintenance and safety measures. Paid internship are only offerd to 3rd year students.

From 3rd year students are eligible for campus placement. Wipro , HPCL , ONGC , TCS , NTPC , Highest package is 35 lakhs and average package for civil engineering is 8 lakhs . Approx 50%students got placed every year . I will opt for ENGINEERING SERVICE EXAMINATION .

As my income is below 1 lakh .My yearly fees is 80000 this includes hostel fees ,mess fees and tution fees. If you belong to OBC-NCL category then you can apply to NATIONAL SCHOLARSHIP PORTAL then you should get 60000 per year .

Technical fest is TECH VEGANZA held in May and annual fest is RANG-E-CHINNAR held in November. All type of books related to your branch are available in latest edition. Free wifi in whole campus , ethernet and computer facilities are provided. Badminton, basketball court are provided with racket and basketball , cricket and football ground are provided. Yes there is cricket team for every year those who play well get selected to the team .

There is ethernet connection in every room , well clean toilet separate study table and chairs . Meal quality is good but sometimes food quality is not good . Registration for hostel is only done at the time of admission then after you only have to pay fees per semester . I am a hosteller so I didn't have to rent a room or PG

I choose this college due to tag of NIT which matters at most of the places . Hence this college is located in Srinagar so it provides best weather throughout the year. So I choose this college. Yes my percentile is low that's why I got rejected by many colleges . You have to clear JEE Mains with 93percentile minimum to get admission in NIT Srinagar. And the admission procedure are simple we only have to submit some documents online rest of the work is done by Academic incharge , and fees of semester should be paid at the starting of the semester.

There are 1 faculty for every subject for 60 students.they are friendly with the student and they appreciate all the students to do best in respective subjects . Dr mushtaq Ahmed a maths faculty is best for M1 and M2. I don't like the teachers who only teach us by reading ppt . I love all the teachers so all teachers are good those who didn't teach well but give marks in end semester exam. There are 1 mid term and 1 end term examination during a semester.
