Fees and Financial Aid

Good infrastructure, great facilites, friendly faculties. I got fw seat so that i don't have to pay my course fee but I've to pay special fees like exam fee etc Others have 70k per year(merit seat) and management seat student pay 1.30 lakh per year Student who got 90% above in their +2 board will get scholarship upto 60k will be reduced a year

Asiet have a peaceful campus environment Seniors are friendly The college have various clubs and organisations like sports,literary club Asiet have modern and well maintained infrastructure Hostel facities for bot boys and girls mess and other facilities The college provides a supportive environment for students to grow their interests

Admission

The admission process was so easy A student should have scored above 80 percentage above for getting management seat qualifications. The college met my academic qualifications and entrance exam scores

Faculty

The faculties are experienced and qualified Their are known for their guidance and support They more friendly with us Some of faculties still use traditional teaching methods There are internal exams and external exams, practical exams are conducted seperately for lab based subjects

Placement Experience:

we are eligible for placement from the 7th sem. Many famous and small compines vist our college. Infosys, WIPRO, TCS vist our college. But the big companies take only few student. Highest package was 1,00,000. And the average package is around 4,00,000. Almost all students gets placed from the campus .

My Experience at NIT Calicut

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would rate the EEE course curriculum around 8-8.5 /10 in terms of relevance.The curriculum provides strong fundamentals in core electrical engineering subjects and prepares students well for core jobs and higher studies.The course curriculum was revised in 2023, and our batch is the 1st batch under the new curriculum. however, there are still limited coding ,AI and data science subjects in EEE ,which could be improved. Exams are conducted times per semester and are generally moderately difficult.

Is engineering here worth it?

An Emerging student rising from a million opportunity

I applied to MITS, Fisat, and Rajagiri and Adi Shankara Institute of engineering and technology. These were the top 3 collages in my area in the field of CSE. I only got confirmation from Adi Shankara Institute of engineering and technology. Yes i did get rejection from other collages due to my low keam scores. Admission process is simple with keam having priority. Rest of the seats are reserved for management and NRI. I accepted cse exams and curriculum. The Experience of Teenager to an adult

Inorder to get admission for engineering course you must have atleast 10 marks for keam entrance exam.(if you are a nri student,the cutoff doesn't really matter). The admission process was nice. First you have to register for keam exam for admission in colleges in kerala. Then after the results of this exam,you will get your rank.
