My experience

As I know students think that DCE is strict and discipline but directly and indirectly this will help you to build your skills. If you want to study, it is a good college.

There is a proper exam structure in college. There are 3 internal sessional and internal practices that are conducted every semester. This will helps you to get your internal marks. The internal exams given to students are based on their attendance, sessional marks and extra assignments given to you. After this, there is an external practical exam and finally your MDU exams.

Our college conducts various conferences, extra academic activities like Women's day, various competitions based on your project.

The fee structure of the college is affordable as compared to others. The fee structure of our college is in between 1 to 1.5 lakh for every year excluding bus fees. It also offers college scholarships based on your 12 marks. While taking admission in the college you have to give around 84K in the first semester and in next semester i.e 2nd sem you would give around 75k and then after in other semester fees for odd semester and even semester is different. You will be informed 1 month before the due date of fees.

I am university topper in the ECE branch but till now I did not get any university scholarship but college gives scholarship on behalf of them.

The infrastructure is well maintained, clean and hygienic. It consists of a basketball court and 2 canteens, and one CCD stall. Labs and the library of our college are air-conditioned and well maintained. You can get each and every book related to your academics, general knowledge and competitive exam such as GATE. In the canteen of our college, you can go and eat what you want at an affordable price. College also provides free Wi-Fi connectivity with good enough speed. There is also one medical room inside the college. Labs and classrooms are very spacious and well maintained. The labs having all its necessary facilities. There are also extra academic activities in our college. For sports and games, there is a basketball court, a volleyball court, badminton courts, cricket and football grounds. Sports day is conducted every year where you can participate. I did not know about the hostel but my friends told me that the food facility is very good and very healthy and neat food is prepared and regular checkup is done for a health checkup and their hostel facility is good including infrastructure and facility, wardens.

The seniors of the college are very helpful. They will tell you the mistakes which the junior should not do. They will guide you to focus on which subjects mainly, which teacher will explain you better. Seniors of the college have very strong contact with companies and sometimes they also refer to the companies to go for placements in the college. Alumni will provide better exposure to the outside environment.

I got admission with the reference of my relatives. The admission process starts from June onwards. Though the admission process isn't that hard but gets good marks in 12 and JEE MAINS is advantageous. Firstly you have to apply or register on the official id of Dronacharya college of engineering. After that, you will be called with your documents. According to their process, they may be or may not take the test. After verification of your document, you will get admission in our college. If everything is done, you will be in the Dronacharya college of engineering.

Our faculty guides us whether it is academic, projects or extra-academic activities. They are very helpful. They are very supportive and friendly. At any time you can get help from them. There are many extra-academic activities, conferences and projects competition. In these things, our teacher will cooperative with students that will help them for management.
