I like the diversity of student out here they are very good in nature and senior are also not rude to you.
I like the food given to us at mess and hostel cleanliness

I don't like the 2 student in one room scene.
I dont like rainy season here its terifying
I also don't like that market is far away.

I recenlty joined the college so i can say it already provided by the student and on the website itself abou the course and other this so check out the wesite to go future more, But course is aligned with NEP and teacher are skilled enough.

Fees and Financial Aid

I got this college via CSAB couseling and joined, its a decent - best college. Infra is also very good. Teacher and staff are helping nature. Campus is very big as 780Acr and many sports facilites provided here, Games, PT, Medical, Academic, And many more. Hostel are nice but room is too small for 2. Mess is good not best its not that bad afterall, I love the food sometime. Both veg and Non-veg. Student from abroad also came to study here, many culural fest held here, many club and socities are here. Campus is very bueatiful and big enough to explore like safari. Many trees and greenary

college is quit decent at the club and society part ig there are very consious on the that thing nad keep that in mind and they want to do that instead to just focusing on studies an doing nrg eslwhere and doing that thing made me curous abour what aere the other pssibility in my life. I choose this college because i got this college in my CSAB round and then i build my mind to join the college and then just happend to me just like that i dont't want it any other UP college i am not that studios to to 99.9 percentile in jEE to get the Top NIT out there. at college there are children and teacher with high skill and ambition in life to do something anf achieve it till the end and campus also help a lot in this ig. But you need compassion and passion to that faculty are very good and helpful towards student here THey love to talk with student and solve the problem related to any feild and time at your life.

from 7th semester onwards students become eligible for campus placement there are lot of companies who used to visit our campus like microsoft gives 15 to 20 offer, amazon guves 13 to 15 offer , accenture gives a lot of offer like 30 offer and many more in recent year placement 64 lpa is highest and average of 12.5 lpa they use to offer forSDE role in last year 93.14percentage of total student get placed my plan is to get a full time job as software developer

INSIGHTS OF BIT MESRA

Placement Experience:

From 7th sem onwards students are able to face placements. Comapnies such as ZS, Deloite AB in bev microsoft visa comes here and normally takes 1-3 students. The highest package may vary from 40-50 lakhs and average is 4-5 lakhs. Internships opportunities are quite low here. In chemical enginnering only till now out of 120 students 20-30 got placed including out of campus palcements. I am hoping to do mba after pursuing the degree as there is less comapny visit for core branches.

BIT : A Freshman's Perspective

Students are eligible to sit for placements from the 7th semester.A variety of companies including TATA Steel, JSL, JPL, Samsung, TCS and ABG visit the campus.The highest package offered is to Mining branch by vedanta which is 16.5 lpa.In core branches like mechanical and electrical the placement percentage reaches to almost 80%.

Placement Experience:

The placement cell of our college is quite active and provides internship opportunities and pre-placement offers for students in their third and fourth years. It invites reputed companies like Microsoft, Google, Amazon, Accenture, IBM, Intel, Infosys, Cognizant, Deloitte, and many more. The average package is about 12LPA and highest package is about 52 LPA. Branches like CSE offer even higher, lucrative packges.

The placement of IIT dhanbad is very good and it offers a average package of 24lpa with highest package of 66lpa this year. Also every year more than 70% students get placed in our college. Specially the core companies shows a lot of interest in our college like coal india, sail, gail, petroleum industries companies, mining companies , etc Average package of cse here is 28lpa with 90% placement rate. Average of electrical is 23lpa with placement rate of 80%. Similarly, every branch average package lies between 18lpa to 24lpa.

The placement season starts during 7th semester when various companies come to camous to recruit students. Top companies such as google, amazon,microsoft, coal india, texas instumentation, ONGC etc visits the campus for recruirment. Around 60 -70 percent of the students get placed every year. The highest package from the camous was about 1cr . And the average package of the college was about 15-16 lakhs Apart from the capmus placement many students apply for off campus placement for which also tge college helps.

Course Curriculum Overview:

This college is an engineering college and I choose this college for a Btech degree in civil engineering. The teacher faculty is pretty well they teach us and do many practical labs. The student ratio in my class is 50:11 which means 50 boys and 11 girls in my branch. Mainly they all are DR they have dr degrees and they method is simply not like an extraordinary teacher. In my college teacher took all the exams at timely and it is not very difficult to pass

Overall Experience and all reality of Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra, Ranchi

I had NIT Raipur Chemical Engg, rejected it because I didn't like the campus amenities of the same, zero sports facilities, they play Football on a Red Soil literally. I got this in CSAB and hence it was a better ranked college than NITRR, i've heard of people opting a lower preferred branch in BITM over a branch in NITRR such the brand value of the college. I scored pretty avg in JEE 58k rank so wasn't eligible for all the clgs anyhow. Admission process is pretty simple JOSSA and CSAB. Admission experience is obviously good because why would a clg not welcome a laxmi lol jk....Read More
