- The staffs are friendly with the students.
- The mentorship and guidance of the staff is very much encouraging.
- The campus infrastructure is very much eco friendly and there is a lot to explore in the campus.
Dislikes
- Lack of support for extra curricular activities.
- The number of non technical events held are very less.
- Interaction with a wider range of students is not possible as most of the students are from the same district.
Course Curriculum Overview
The curriculum and syllabus of the university with respect to Compiter Science Engineering is good. Along with the core subjects, the university also lays emphasis on training students in preparing for the professional environment.
Fees and Financial Aid
2020 Batch CSE - 50000/-. The fees for CSE increase every year. For other departments, it is almost the same every year. Initially, I had to pay an amount of Rs.38000 inclusive of Caution deposit, admission fees, etc...The exam fee is to be paid yearly to the university(Vary according to a number of subjects). Fee exemption is there for SC, ST and OEC students (Merit seats)
Campus Life
The events and festivals at Ahalia School of Engineering and Technology are held together with other Ahalia Campuses. Ahalia Events organizes many events every year for the entire Ahalia Campuses which includes various colleges and hospitals.
Admission
I didn't give many options during my allotments because of the prevalent COVID-19 outbreak and restrictions. I considered 3 or 4 colleges in my district itself and got admitted to the Ahalia School of Engineering and Technology.
Faculty
The faculty at Ahalia is very much approachable. Most of them are very friendly with the students and also encourages the students. The Computer Science Engineering faculty which I studied under was very encouraging.
