Course Curriculum Overview

A semester consists of six months.. But we noticed that exam are held before the complition of six months.As we have to face problems in completing our course.. The teachers lastly teach the main topics but if any out topic comes in exam the students had to face difficulties in solving it.

Class Size: 57Course Fees: INR 14500 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Our course fees is fourteen thousand five hundred for third, fifth and seven th semester.For first semester it is eleven thousand five hundred. The feee is increasing every year, which is a rising problem..

Campus Life

My Overall experience in the college is well good. The transport facility is good. They provide college bus. Twice a day for the students.who stay little bit far from the college. The Greenery of the college .The fresh and active environment enhanced the students study in this college

Admission

I chose this college because of its excellent academic performance and the placement opportunities. The college organize may seminar and extra activities relating the current development of the students.

Faculty

Since we know that the Engineering course is a very vast and wide course ..the course are not completed on time ...As we know the the examination patterns are changing now a days...so the productive learning have to be implemented

Placement Experience:

Placements at IIT Guwahati are excellent especially in the tech field ,with high placement rates and strong average packages generally Rs 30 lakh per annum. Top companies regularly visit the campus. After completing the course if i do not get placed on campus which is hardly possible i'll look for other off campus placements.

Placement Experience:

The placement is quite good in my college. In 7 th semester the placements start and the package goes from 16lpa to 2 cr . About 75 percent student who applied got placed . I want to work in a software firm.

Students normally appear for placements in fourth year with two placement seasons namely from december to january and february to march. Companies include quant companies and tech giants like JPMC, Reliance Industries, WellsFargo,Piramal, Standard Chartered,Texas Instrumentation, walmart, Microsoft, Amazon, Deloitte,Oracle, HCL, Barclays, Tata steel, uber, legato, Mastercard, Nutanix, BPCL, BEL,PWC, Socgen, etc. Almost 80% students get placed every year with the average package ?1,60,000. The highest package was 1.68 crore per annum from the branch of Computer Science.

ASSAM UNIVERSITY SILCHAR , THE GOOD THE BAD AND THE UGLY

Placement Experience:

only fourth year students are eligible for campus placements . the detalis of the visiting compaies are not thte sure but at least 10 stuents are placed each year from every single batch. the higest so far was 20 lpa and it was in amazon , the student who cracked that placement applied it off campus . on campus placement was not more than 10 lpa so far . the percentage of students getting placemnets are less than 50% not because of quality of placement but majority stuents opt for higher studies or goverment jobs rather than direct placement . my paln is to also pursue higher education

Placement Experience:

After the 6th sem placement season starts. The intern season takes place at the end of the 4th sem. The placement of the college is extremely good. The average package of the college is around 21 lakhs. That of CSE is 41 lakhs. Mncs is 35 lakhs etc. Projected package of my branch DSAI is 40 lakhs.

The other colleges I applied for are aec, jec, jist, tezpur university, nits. I couldn't qualify for jee so I did get into tezpur university or nits. My rank wasn't that high in cee so I could not get a seat in AEC and JEC.
