Course Curriculum Overview

5

The curriculum is also updated as I not expected as I heard and seen videos online that the private colleges are studying the old syllabus to students but here when I came and ask seniors about it they told that no no we have updated curriculum.

Placement Experience

5

From 2 semester students become eligible for campus placements. There are various top of the world ruling Companies visited our college last year . There is like 80-85 percentage students placed. The highest and average package offered by the company is 54 lakhs and average is 6 lakh.My plans after getting a degree to serve my parents what I feel about them as of now I can't show them what I feel to them. After placements I gave them all money I earned.

Fees and Financial Aid

In each semester we have to pay a total amount of 175000 followed by every semester.Along with we opt for hostel which carries a amount of 82000 every semester. I think the fees is pretty much high but it's a private college they are just looting is as we have on option left.

Campus Life

4.5

Kiit offers many festivals as our freshers party is on 24 September, after that we have our annual festival which named TredxX. I not know about it but during our entry to college we have many cultural programs in which they told us that.

Hostel Facilities

3

The facilities provided us a bed ,matteres ,pillow, study table, chair. The room is not that big but it's good in size. The meal quality is not that great & menu are ok ok.The registration process for Hostel is quite lengthy & the rooms rents are very high as we have to pay a total of 82,500 each semester.I don't know about PG.

Admission

I choose this college because I have left also I got a seat in Vit Chennai Data Science but the fees structure in Vit is rather high as compared to Kiit.In my admission process I don't feel any thing wrong and also the people I talk.

Faculty

5

I just don't know the students to faculty ratios as I don't have a good doubt to discuss overall if I have any doubt I just ask my friends or ask chatgpt. There are many tests like after completing a chapter. It is better that the professors tell us that you have 2,3 to study for privious chapter to a quick look.

Many well-known companies visit the university every year like TATA Consultancy Services , Infosys, Wipro, Accenture and Capgemini. The average package offered is around 6-8 lakhs and highest package offered around per yr avg is 50-60 lakhs. The percentage of students getting placements is around 90% plus in average per yr. After completing my degree, i plan to work in software industry and gain more experience in the field of technology

Placement Experience:

I would rate the placements at my college as 3 out of 5. Students usually become eligible for campus placements from the sixth or seventh semester, and a few well-known companies do visit the campus every year. The placement cell helps with basic training like resume building and interviews, and many students, especially from IT branches, manage to secure jobs. At the same time, the average salary packages are not very high and top roles are limited, so a lot of students also focus on skill development, off-campus opportunities or higher studies after completing their degree

Students are eligible for placement from their 3rd year onwards. It has been only 2-3 months but I have seen several companies arriving at the college, prominent ones being Flipkar,Deloitte, Xerox, TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Microsoft, Dell and several others including startups. There is no accurate data on how many offers have been made this year, but there are rumours that more than 95% of the eligible students have got placements. After getting a degree my plans are if I dont land into a satisfying job then I will start my preparation of the military or start a new business.
