The Overall College Experience

This college is the closest to me, has a good overall rating though it is still relatively new here but the ones administrating the college are not. This college provides opportunities and internships to even the first year students if any talent is found. The college also advices the students to write their own research paper and all the help will be provided by the faculties as well.

As for the curriculum it has been simplified by our HODs and professors so both the faculties as well as the students will not face any issues while going through the curriculum provided on the website. The curriculum has been designed looking at the future of the students as it mostly consists of the knowledge which will be applicable in real life and after graduating.

The intership opportunities in my college are available every now and then. If the student has interest in a paticular internship and registers for it in the given time he will be assigned a course. After the completion of the course and validating the certificates/ badges /achievements he/she has earned whilst doing the course the further procedure is done by our members. Recently our college had taken the innterviews for the membership of IEEE and ACM which will boost our resume as well as increase our connections with the national as well as the international students. The students are also assigned atleast one project per year.

They yearly fees for my B.Tech course are 2,10,000 inr and there is a maximum of 50,000 inr scolarship provided to the student if he/she has more than 80% marks in their 10th and 12th. There is no wavering of the fees for different castes and it is soley based on personal merit. My batchmates have the same fees as I do which i have mentioned in the very first line, 2,10,000 inr.

As far as the campus life goes, it is everything you can ask for. All the festivals are celebrated properly, the safety precautions are properly kept and monitored. There are projectors in every classroom and even a few 3D printers to help students with their projects. The college also encourages students in sports and has inter-college competitions with other colleges. Almost all the clubs are run by the students themselves and a teacher as the on looker. The library is filled with all types of books and every genre. Though its mostly restricted to study material but you could find a fictional book here and there sometimes.

The faculty to student ration is just perfect, the students won't feel any shortage of the staff. Almost all the faculties are good and will be helpful. Almost all the teachers in the university have PHD in their respective fields while others are researchers. There are usually 3 exams per subject. Two being internal and the last one being the Final examination. It is really quite easy to clear the exams if you have paid attention int he lectures.
