Merit List, There are few government quotas for Northeast, Jammu Kashmir, Gulf and NRI students.

Internships Opportunities

At the B. Tech level, there are not many internships for the students but at the M. Tech level, there are few internships such as Tata Motors. The students do get stipend but I'm not sure about the amount they receive.

College Events

4

The clubs in the college organized many events for the students. These events are sometimes branching specific but most of the events are generally for all. These events focus on the technical, management and also the general knowledge of the students.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure varies a lot for different categories. The general categories students have to pay about 80000 while the least fee may be as low as 25000. This fee is for one academic year. The hostel fees are the same for all which is about 16000 for one academic year.

Fees and Financial Aid

The college provides different scholarship for students. While the students can avail only one scholarship at a time. For verification purposes, different documents are required to avail those scholarships. The college provides enough time to fill the forms for the scholarship. So it's better to fill the scholarship form as early as possible to avoid rushes in the last moment.

Campus Life

4.5

There are different clubs for different branches and interest of the students. All these clubs are organized and managed by the students themselves. The labs are mostly equipped with all the necessary equipment/ machines that are required for the labs as per the syllabus. There are football as well as a cricket ground. There is a basketball court, volleyball ground, and an indoor badminton court. There is also a running track of about 700 meter.

Hostel Facilities

3.5

The hostel infrastructure is okay. The rooms are old and also the maintenance of the room is not up to the mark. The cleanliness of the rooms, the bathroom, and the toilet are okay. There is a 24-hour water supply. There is 4 portable drinking water tap in the hostel campus. Also, there is two mess available for the students.

Alumni/Alumna

Every year in the month of January, the college holds an Alumni Meet for the students. Most of the alumni are of 15 to 25 years graduated batches. They interact with the students as well as the teaching and nonteaching faculties. It is very helpful to meet those alumni as they share about their college experiences as well as their experiences after college such as about the higher studies, jobs, etc.

Admission

The admission procedure is simple. After the announcement of the cut off list, the students are given dates for completing the admission processes. There is usually a very large number of students who take admission every year. So it is based on coming first, service first if the students are eligible.
