- The first year faculty is very good and best at teaching ,the first year faculty provide the study materials and helps stydent regarding their studies.
- In all sem of entc branch only we had lab manuels
- Assignment are quite short in first year so student dont have to worry of their tearm work.
Dislikes
- The faculty of afterwards second year, this faculty is only working for money they have nothing to do with lectures, the only come speak in class and go. No one is able to understand the lectures.
- They threatened the students for attendence, behaviour is very ,Very cheap quality.
- They treat you like trash. No one is listening to your complaints, they take feedback of faculty from students but nothing changes, its even gets worse after that
Course Curriculum Overview
I choosed entc because i like practicals of electronics but in reality this course have only math and math, it is so frustrating. Only in firat 3 semester is easy and enjoyable for studies after it only math starts.
Fees and Financial Aid
I paid approx. 2765 fees for FE. I had zero tution fees as i have reservation of NT category. But the tution fees are approximately 1,00,000 rupees. University pro fee is 2,385 rupees. Student insurance is of 25 rupees. Eligibility fee is 650. Student training program fee is 3000. Caution money deposit fee is 1000 rupees. Development fee is 16,565.
Campus Life
The overall experience with college and faculties is very poor, but the campus life is wuite enjoyable because of your friends. You got very big campus for this college a very big parking and places to sit in the campuses. The infrastructure is very old so dont expect too much. The main event happens anually that is sinhgad carnival. The library is very bog and it has lot of books but the reafing halls are too noisy. There is no technical provision in the classroom. Just blackboard the ppt screen which is not visible most of the time. There is basketball, table tennis, volleyball like games arranged by college.
Admission
I got this college in cap round and the reason i go for this college is because it is quite near from my home, my relatives live near this college and i didnt get the most nearest college from my home as this college is on upper in list so i choose this college. And the most important this for choosing this college is its brand name , but it all collapsed now, the empire of sinhgad institutes is broken now.
Faculty
The ratio is of 60:1 , the ralation of some faculty and students are very bad that student suffer academically.there is no specific faculty to like but many for dislikes. There are two exams mainly insem and endsem, insem is of 30 marks and time is 1 hour, endsem is of 70 marks, approximately 20 out of 60 students fails to pass the exam. The couse curriculum is very old and rusted, that it doesn't help you for placement , they teach you the old tech.
Interview Experience
There is no group discussion or interview for admission if you got alloted to the college in cap round you have ti submit fees and ducuments and your admission is done.you have to submit the document and fees in the administrative office in between c3 and c2 or below it department.
