- The core faculties of the departments are very well proffessioned and teaches very well
- We have different clubs to enhance each persepective for example the tech club
- Enough attention is also given to the spoets part. We have many types of sports in the college
Dislikes
- Sometimes faculties are nit reachable in the first year
- Anti ragging head somewhat caught in his own acts
Course Curriculum Overview
Personally I dont feel much lack in curriculum . The faculties are good. They try to give their best. The timing of exams are almost zwro in the starting of semester and it increses hugely from the mid sem. All exams are almost held simultaneously one after other.
Placement Experience
The placements are fairly good than many other colleges actually. Companies like deloitte, tata consultancy services ( TCS) , cognizant and many more take part in the college placement. Almost 80-90% of the students get placements. Highest off campus till now i guess is 7200000/yr . And average is arund 4 lakh for CSE
Fees and Financial Aid
I am right now in the second year. At admission they took the first semester fees 96000 then in second sem they took 81500. Also except the college fees we need to give 1200 for every semester exam. There are tuition fee waiver(TFW) students also who dont have to pay that much .Right now I am living in a pg near the college. We live 4 people in a floor in two rooms and the total is 10000 rent.
Campus Life
Overall it is good. Seniors helps us too to cope up with the new things going in the college and the new technologies that we can use to complete some projects. Their are opportunitues to grow yourself.
Admission
During the WBJEE counselling I have applied to seveeal college which includes techno main too. But now have listened quite a lot of scams and marketing trucks played by the college. Hence I prefer my college is better .
Faculty
The faculty to student ratio in a normal theory class is 1:60 and in practical classes it is 1:20. The faculties are good enough . I am a CSE student so the faculties of DSA and CO are very good and delightful but I somewhat dont find few faculties of Analog digital that much good because they get angry in very small things and the behavior is not liked by anyone. but there are also sirs who provide very good explanations. The exam patterns are easy as well as hard according to the years. Its all abt the luck.
