Likes

The building and Infrastructure is good .It provides good teching facilities with expertise teachers from NIT'Sand IIT'S..
The college many sports like basketball court,football,cricket,badminton,chess,kabaddi,kho-kho etc .
The boy's and girl's ratio is 4:1.Teaching facilities is good .

Dislikes

They doesnot provide you hostel in first year of your college.
Cricket ground will be not cleaned and workshop machines will be not so much developed, production engineering is not advanced.
Classroom surrounding is not very much good.

The location of the college is good.The teaching of teacher is more effective and interacted with students is more comfortable for all students.but in college more advance techniques are requires to improve

The placement cells of this very good in IT sector's and core branches like civil,electrical etc.placement ratio is 85% .Many top companies visits like TCS,JINDAL,TATA STEEL,INFOSYS, ETC. More than 70 companies visits the college.it'ds off campus placement is good .A boy in Infosys by off campus of 45 lacks per annum.

In ODISHA UNIVERSITY OF TECHNOLOGY AND RESEARCH (CET) Is a government institute of odisha .if you pursue it's courses of btech then you should must pay a affordable amount of 45000,if you selected for hostel In 1st year of betch than you must pay 90000.It's courses fee amount will be decreased in the 2nd,3rd and 4th year .

Campus Life

In the institute dj night, freshers party and annual function is held.There is library which have more than 5000 books.The outdoor activities like yoga and other sports are there.Here coding festival,hakathon held

My jee main rank is very low I don't studied at NIT'S so I refer to this college .This college is very good at strictly prohibited to ragging and infrastructure is more comfortable to me.if you want low prices college so this college for you.

Faculty

The faculty student ratio is 80:1. The facultys are good at teaching and interacted to student is more comfortable.Some facultys are not good at teaching I expected .The exam is 2semestars and 2 mid sems are there which have 80 marks and attendance will be 5 marks , assignment will be 10 mark,quiz will be 5 marks all are total marks is 100.

Course Curriculum Overview:

For csit the subjects kee changing accroding to the trendy stuffs that are currently going on but it was really hard to keep with that when all your subjects are changed and you have o idea or previous year qs to geta reference from. Exams are conducted continously with no gaps and its not a easy stuff students get lot of stress but still somehow manage.

A Complete Review of KIIT University from a Student's View

Placement Experience:

The placement opportunities at KIIT are quite good, especially for us the CSE students.The eligibility criteria for campus placements starts from 7th semester. Many well-known companies visit the university every year like TATA Consultancy Services , Infosys, Wipro, Accenture and Capgemini.The average package offered is around 6-8 lakhs and highest package offered around per yr avg is 50-60 lakhs.The percentage of students getting placements is around 90% plus in average per yr. After completing my degree, i plan to work in software industry and gain more experience in the field of technology

Placement Experience:

I would rate the placements at my college as 3 out of 5. Students usually become eligible for campus placements from the sixth or seventh semester, and a few well-known companies do visit the campus every year. The placement cell helps with basic training like resume building and interviews, and many students, especially from IT branches, manage to secure jobs. At the same time, the average salary packages are not very high and top roles are limited, so a lot of students also focus on skill development, off-campus opportunities or higher studies after completing their degree

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for placement from their 3rd year onwards. It has been only 2-3 months but I have seen several companies arriving at the college, prominent ones being Flipkar,Deloitte, Xerox, TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Microsoft, Dell and several others including startups. There is no accurate data on how many offers have been made this year, but there are rumours that more than 95% of the eligible students have got placements. After getting a degree my plans are if I dont land into a satisfying job then I will start my preparation of the military or start a new business.

Placement Experience:

So from 7th semester plcements are starting.Various Tech and Non Tech companies are also coming like TCS ,Accenture, Cognizant, Delloitte, InfoSys, KFinTech, Incture, GyanSys, Iserveu for Tech branches. and PRADAN, Aditya Birla etc for Non tech branches. Students also getting offers from OffCampus like RedHat ,CISCO ,Amazon ,Google. From On Campus Highest Package goes upto 12 to 15LPA and lowest is 4.5 but average is 5 to 6 LPA which is comperable. And about almost all are who are opting for placements got placed eventually.

After 6th semester the students get eligible for company placement. There are huge companies visited every year for the placement and many big MNCs like Amazon offers 100seats , Wipro offers 200, detollite offers 100, microsoft offers 10, ITC offers 150 , Infosys offers 300, TCS offers 200, Flipkart offers 150 and many more . Every year almost 80% of the students get placed at a good company with a minimum of 4 lakhs . After getting the degree I am planning to get placed in a multi national company like Amazon or Microsoft

Placements are ok but majority of the placement are for the IT and Cse sectors, but there are some core companies which offers a good packages. Around 40-50 % students pare placed in the companies and more over most of the students are up for the higher studies and cracking GATE exam.

See basically you placement depends on you .If you work hard you will get placed with a good package.In our college last year the avg package for CSE was around 13 Lakh per annum and highest was about 39 lakh per annum.Companies like Amazon,oracle Microsoft etc visited our college .After 4 th or 5 th semester i Think we are all capable of getting placed .

A Good University

First of all mainly because of the location it is situated. It is in the Captial Region. I got some seats in NIT-R but didn't go because the seats that i got is all 5 year course and i don't want to study for longer period of time. So the admission process is quite simple.
