Our College is one of the best colleges of Delhi University with the tag of 'Oldest College of Delhi University' actually it is itself older than the Delhi University with 300 years of legacy and legendary alumnus to its credit like 'Sir Syed Ahmed Khan'.We like our college very much.
Course Curriculum Overview
It has one of the curriculum, all over India. Like in Physical Sciences we have Physics, Chemistry, and Maths as our main subjects with an additional Skill Development Subject. Here at Delhi University, we have a semester system so exams are conducted every 6 months which also includes internal tests and assignments.
Placement Experience
Our college provides an ocean of opportunities for students from almost all disciplines. Yes, it also provides internship opportunities with an excellent experience and also a handsome stipend and it also leads to increment in the field or simply the industrial experience of students.
College Events
1. Unofficial Fresher's party 2. Official Fresher's party 3. Departmental Fests 4. Annual college fest 5. Farewell party All events are enthusiastically organized with all the facilities available and students are allowed to explore the world and get new experiences.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Yes, it's very Feasible as the annual fees of our college are only Rs.10,400. So anyone belonging to lower middle class family and above can easily afford it with all scholarship facilities available for economically weaker sections.
Fees and Financial Aid
Both Scholarship and loan facilities are available for admission in our college as one can avail Scholarship under Economically weaker section or reserved categories segment. One can also avail Education loan from various banks and can repay it after he starts to earn.
Campus Life
We have well equipped Physics, Chemistry, Maths, Zoology, Botany and Psychology laboratories in our college which are fully functional to cater to the needs of students. But we don't have appropriate Sports facilities like the playground we used to have is now consumed wholly by State of the Art Science block.
Hostel Facilities
No hostel facilities are available in the college campus. Students have to arrange for their own living facilities. But finding living facilities is not that difficult as one can easily find PG or flats in nearby regions such as GTB Nagar or Laxmi Nagar
Alumni/Alumna
We have a very large Alumni network of our college with many influential people and even Decorated Civil Officers in its credit. Yes, they are very helpful and keep visiting the college at annual Alumni meets.
Faculty
Our college has one of the best Faculty of Delhi University. All Faculty members are very highly educated and supportive. They all reach the classes on time and teach very passionately and clear all the doubts of students.
