Remarks
We our college is not among the best or the worst. It is somewhat between those two. Yes it is an average college with average infrastructures. Yes we don't have swimming pool in our college. But it is totally upto us. What we get from the college is what we do. Also if you are a CSE student you don't need much infrastructures. Just a laptop and some labs.
Course Curriculum Overview
The curriculum is somewhat easy. The board takes the exam with repeating questions. So if you have gone through the previous year papers yoy can pass the exam pretty well. However it tests your knowledge about the subject through practicals and all.
Placement Experience
Placements are not that good. But again for CSE and IT more than 75% students get placed in mass recruiters like TCS, IBM, WIPRO etc. But if you have knowledge you can go for offline counselling. Alumni of our college works in multinational companies like amazon also.
College Events
There are many tech fests being organized by the college in which students of other colleges also participate. Cultural fests are periodically organized in the premises. Mostly we go to other colleges to participate.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Fee structure is very economical. You pay nearly 1 lakh per year for btech courses which is considered low in countries like India. It os affordable for most of the students. And if you are unable to pay the fee, you will also get scholarship after clearing certain exams.
Fees and Financial Aid
I don't know about this much but there are certain facility. A classmate of mine pays ?2000 for a semester which is very very small amount. He got some scholarship and is enjoying the low fees rate. You will need to talk to the authority if you want scholarship.
Campus Life
Labs are held every week for every class. Labs are well equipped with all needed machines and equipments. The rules in the lab are different. No indisciplined activity is accepted. Sports are organised annually. Both inter-college and intra-college. For extracurricular activities certain social events are held.
Hostel Facilities
I haven't opted for hostel. Hostel rules are strict so most of the students opt for PGs and flat. Also in PGs and flats they get what they want to eat which is not in the case of hostel. Hostel is very small by the way.
Alumni/Alumna
No, not all seniors are helpful and about the alumni network, we hardly have one. Most of the passed out students go to other states to work and hence they hardly come to the college. We had some interactions earlier with the alumni by the way.
Faculty
The faculties are average for branches other than CSE and IT. But for CSE and IT the faculties are very good. They have years of teaching experience and are quick to troubleshoot. Some teachers offer you to visit their home also if you have any doubt.
