Actual College Review by Freshman

As I mentioned earlier the curriculum proposed by the coal administration which is designed in such a way that it matches the actual skill which the industry needs and caters the need of the industry trends, producing worthy engineers. The frequency of the class test is twice a month which is helpful in checking the development of the student and keeping their records. The difficulty of the exams is not quite hard and one can easily clear the exams by one night study. Also students can borrow books from the library or the book Bank which can help in their exam preparation and academic upliftment. Also, the ERP platform of the college is so advance and up to the mark that all the attendance, course related documents, marks of all particular exams are mentioned on the portal.

Since I am a freshman, I do not have personal experience in the field of campus placements but by the reviews of my seniors the placement of the college is really up to the mark and above par. This college has the best placement in Delhi NCR providing it a good reputation. Moreover the college works on the overall development of the student which will help them get a high paying job.

Okay so I'm a freshman at the KIET Group of Institutions, pursuing Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech). The institution is known as "IIT Ghaziabad" due to its popularity, recognition and accolades. Although it is a well known college with a great reputation but I felt the fees if the institute quite minimal, by looking the perks that college provides the fees is quite acceptable. For my branch the fees is around ?141000 for the entire academic year. The hostel fees is around ?107000 for one whole academic year. And if students like day scholars want to avail college transportation facilities the charges for the same is between ?33000 to ?45000 for a complete academic year. Although the college offers scholarship to worthy students but it has various clauses for example the family income if the student must be less than 200000 for an year, I mean how can someone earning less than this amount can send their kid to such expensive college. So the scholarship are for name sake.

There are numerous club in the college providing benefits to the students in the development of the overall personality of the student. The college has student driven clubs along with centre of excellence, sports club, college curricular activity club and skill development club. If a student joins these clubs he or she will definitely be benefited not only in improving their personality but also get good exposure with industry based trends. Also the college organises various fests and events all round the year which keeps the student engaged in their college life and enjoy it thoroughly along with maintaining a balance between academics and social circle.

So I choose this college over the at the college because of its reputation which has grown exceptionally over the years. Also I checked the NAAC ranking and the placement percentage which fulfilled my expectations. And its proximity with the metro station has made the travel for the day scholars much convenient. Moreover I choose this college as the college organises various events and fests which are necessary for the upliftment of the student in respect of their overall personality boosting. Making them a more perfect engineer and ending them up in a high paying salary.

Okay, Since the institute is now and autonomous institution the curriculum is designed by the college management and it is architectured in such a way that it bridges the gap between industry and academia. The academics is now more based on practical knowledge and in-depth hands on experience rather than theoretical cramming. Moreover, the faculty member are graduate from various top colleges in the country. With having ample experience in their particular field. Also, the faculty member of our college are really supportive and helpful and easy going, really flexible in providing marks in the exams and class tests to the students.
