Course Curriculum Overview

4

I choose this course according to my interest because I like it. I will well prepare for real-world applications and for further pursuits because we the development and growth of this generation. I think they should try to improve teaching methods in the future. I think the frequency and timing of exams along with your perspective on their difficulty has been growing by 30 min.

Fees and Financial Aid

I'm Ajay from class B.sc from Building A .On the first day of my college, I think ' how will be the college ' but college is too good. I expected the first day of college like we see in the movie "Student of the year" but the college was too good. Our First year fee was 1981 Rupees this year, next year I don't know what amount of fees will be. Our college campus area is so large. There is sports grounds, experiment labs, tuitions classes and etc. Our tution fees was yearly 35 thousand, there is no caution fees in our college but the registration fees was only 200 rupees and admission fees was according to the category and Grade or percentage wise. So, for the ST category students fees was less according to the other categories students. I'm from ST Category so my fees only 1981 rupees per year. Development fees was 250 rupees and experiment lab fees was 350 rupees and other compulsory charges like library Card and ID card was compulsory for every students. My batchmates are from same

Campus Life

5

During my admission when I'm fresher, I was very nervous because I don't know anybody their but in September month when our college started I met my school friends on Freshers Day. I like to read books related to science and biographies so I go to check the library. The library was too big, I think around 10,000 book are there in library. In every month there is program or festivals like traditional day, saree day, other festivals and exhibition are conducted. In January month annual function and annual Sports were conducted. This all activities makes good connection between college and students and makes impact on the students life to make improvements.

Admission

I choose this college because of my elder sister because she is already taking education there and she has experience of the college and also because there are good facilities and less fees for our category students. I don't apply any other colleges because I know I will get admission easily because of my percentage. The process of admission starts in July month we can also say after the 10th std students result are confirmed. First of all we have to apply online then the merit list confirmed in September month. After that if our name in that merit list we have to go in the college to confirm our admission and for offline admission means to submit the forms and documents in the college. Cutoffs of admission is at 45%.

Faculty

Faculty to student ratio was good and also to student relationship. The teacher and mentors are choosen by the students that is why I like that. All other was good. Our 4 exams are taken in our college. In every exams out of 100% of students only 70% of students clear the exams .

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose Biotechnology because it is a multidisciplinary field. We get to study not only topics related to biotechnology but also biochemistry, bio physics, bio informatics, bio statistics, etc. Mostly everything that is essential for future exams is taught during the span of 3 years. The topics of the units are taught in depth but the questions asked during exams are comparatively easy as to what all we studied. The frequency of the exam is, 1 internal exam which consists of both mcqs and written exam, the semester exam for each semester and practical exams for each subject. If u have studied then you will be able to attempt the questions.

Placement Experience:

My college gives campus placement placement opportunities typically after 4th semester, which is the 2nd half of the 2nd year. As my college has a partnership with IBM so the standards of campus placement go right up as the placement depends on the curriculum performance of the student so can't really say much for this. If saying as a stalemate, getting a placement is basically confirmed if the student maintains his/her CGPA of 6-7, which shows the consistent of the student in their field.
