Infrastructure is old.- negative Education quality, faculty, workshop,labs are excellent. - positive Seminars, expert lecture, alumni network is quite strong. Scholarship are good. Library, sports complex , gym are good. Mother diary, cafeteria,canteen , auditorium,bank ..all facilities are there.

Course curriculum is basically designed by observing the today industrial scenerio and demand. The engineer graduate are trained more practically . Every semester consist of workshop ,labs with addition with theory subjects.

The placement of ymca are quite good. The avg package goes as 4-5 lacs p.a. Last year highest package was from CS that was 26 lac from amazon. Company visit on regularly basis for the recruitment.companies also take students from campus for the internship.

The main 3 days event is celebrated in march that is " Elements culmyca" every year. This year also University will celebrate its golden jubilee (50 years of excellence) in march. Expert lecture and seminar are organised on regularly basis.

The fee structure is feasible. It is controlled by HSTES,( govt of haryana). My annual semester fees is 60,000 approx. The hostel fees is approx 8000 p.a. so in my view the fees is feasible. The university is basically state government University,so its fees is regulated by technical society, haryana.

There are many scholarship for the students. Basically these are for the needy and poor people.These scholarship has criteria for parental income.one is Tuition fee waiver. Under this scheme, the anual fees is approx 12000 p.a. instead of 60k. Each semester topper is given 2500 ? as scholarship. So i get only this scholarship bcz i belong to general and my father is govt lecturer.

The university participates in basketball, volleyball,chess, cricket in various inter and intra university competition on regularly basis. The university has all the facility for the sports. (Badminton hall) , basketball court etc. Labs are Fully equiped with all the necessary machines. I have attended SOM,KOM,TD, Physics, chemistry,.. almost 10-12 labs...all are good. All the activities are organised by clubs. I.e vividha-drama Ananya- literary Srijan- painting Jhalak- photography Nataraja- dancing Supra- technical Microbird- technical These clubs organise different activities.

The hostel infrastructure is poor. The hostel building are old. There are four building i.e CV Raman hall,Nehru,zakir and tagore. Out of which ..tagore is vacant. But university is building new hostels, the construction is going on. The facility are wifi ,pure drinking water, Gym, reading room, common room, newspaper daily.

Yes. ymca had strong alumni network. There is a MOB of alumni. The alumni also provide scholarship to the students. They also come in our class for expert lecture. They are very helpful. I won five chocolate last week when Naveen sood( alumni + MD VEEGEE, Faridabad) organised a programme on skill development by answering questions.

I got admission on the basis of rank in JEE-Main conducted by CBSE . There was counselling conducted by HSTES for the admission in engineering in Haryana.I got 38000 rank in jee main. So i got admission in one of the best engineering college in Haryana.

The faculty is quite good. All the members of faculty are experienced and phd holders. The fundamentals are cleared in classroom only.There teaching methodology is good.They also organise expert lecture per week.
