being very rigid regarding discipline that a professor can fail you in a course.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course is relevant and to the point. Apart with the theory lecture we have different site visits, guest lectures and laboratory session which make us grab maximum knowledge of real word and also inherits the art of executing the things on our own

Class Size: 170Course Fees: INR 800000 per year

Placement Experience

Placements are excellent. this year even after the recession the number of the students get placed was high and also they grabbed a decent package. Since being a second year students I do not possess these statistical data

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees struture for btech is semester wise - tution fees- 1,02,000 hostel fees- 16000 mess fees 22500 there are different type of scholarship like merit cum mean, fees remission ( these scholarships are based onn category, financial status and examination rank also) and other private scholarship as well about which I don't possess a great amount of information

Campus Life

Mood Indigo, E_ summit, Techfest they are the intercollege fest which are not only famous in 9india but in asia as well. the books available are in a huge range but I will still say that sum new bookks are nowhere to find. other than that sports and extracurricular culture is excellent no matter how much introvert you are you will get excelled into different things because of the innumeours coming opportunities

Hostel Facilities

Facilities available - washing machine and dryer on each floor water cooler on alternate floor, six bathrooms and washrooms on each floor and showers available. meal quality and menu- Decent and diverse Registration process is done on the time of admission

Admission

IIT Bombay is reknown college in india. apart with that I want to get exposure in different fields and IIT culture was alll set to give me that. One of the major reason is my eagerness to explore entrepreneurship.

Faculty

faculty to student ratio is 1:50, and the relation is a also very friendly. I mostly like every faculty member who have taught me so far because of their kind and helping nature and the way of their experimental teaching Exams depeds on professors and mostly they are easy rarely there is any hard paper set by professor. in a course may be 1 or 2 students fail

AS FOR PLACEMENT , TNP TRIES REALLY HARD TO GET STUDENT PLACED. MULTIPLE COMPANY VISIT THE CAMPUS. NAMELY INFOSYS, ACCENTURE, COGNIZANT, TCS, CAPEGEMINI, AMDOCS, HCL, TECH MAHINDRA, ETC MULTUPLE APTITUDE ASSESMENT AND CODING ASSESMENT ARE CONDUCTED BY COMPANIES. MANY STUDENT GET PLACED AT AVERAGE OF 4.5 . OFFER ARE LIKE 3LPA, 3,5LPA.4,5LPA, 7LPA, MAX 9LPA OR THIS YEAR BUT STILL IN MY OPNION STUDENT ARE NOT PUTTING ENOUGH EFFORT IN THEIR PLACEMENT DRIVES AND HAVE VERY CASUAL ATTITUDE. SO PERCENTAGE IS AROUND 40% AND I'LL NOT BLAME COLLEGE FOR THIS PERCENTAGE ATLEAST NOT TNP, CUZ FOR SOME REASON STUDENT ARE CLEARING FAILING HERE AS FOR ME I'M PLANNING FOR FURTHER STUDIES

There are placements in the college, but the company select only few like from hundreds they select only 9 to 10 students which are capable enough according to the standard who have done internships and have some experience in their field as the companies don't want to teach them from the starting

College review for better selection for better opportunities in future

Placement Experience:

From 4th Year students are eligible for campus placements. The companies that visites my college campus are accenture, capgemini, tcs and many more . The highest package students get places are 12-14 Lakhs per annum and average pakage is around 4-5 lakhs per annum . The percentage of students get places is around 60-80% and majority of them are from CE and IT . Many of them try to get placed from off campus due to their desired companies they want to join or they want more packages

SAKEC- best college ever

Placement Experience:

Sakec have many job/internship opportunities. The college provides different trainings and intership opportunities. Currently, in 2023-24, 42 students have alreday been placed with 25 LPA (highest CTC offered). College have tie-up with many reknowed companies. The highest salary package offered is 24 LPA. The average salary package offered is 6 LPA. My plan after getting the degree of bachelor of engineering is to go for masters and acknowledge more and more knowledge in engineering filed. And be my level best. I'm also looking forward for opportunities to go abroad for my mtech degree. Future my expectations form college are High. I'm sure being a student of such prestigious college with help me alot.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because I have genuine interest in civil engineering. The faculty student ration is 1:50. Our faculties are well qualified they are master's degree holders in design and structural engineering. Some of them are PhD holders and many of them have done their master's from NIT and IIT. Term exams are scheduled after every 2 months. it is easy to pass because it consists of 30 marks only.

It is a great college for learning

Course Curriculum Overview:

I'm choosing this course because I'm interested in programming languages. Faculty members here are at the best level. They are very supportive and knowledgeable. They made lectures most interactive. All faculty members are well-qualified and experienced. The course is very vast but the teaching faculty cover it through their extra lectures and practicals.

Best in the neighborhood, convenient to reach , easily accessible for all the student's , good faculty and good quality of education, amenities available are great along with the essential facilities. Exposure to national level competitions along with the motivation to attempt them.Practical knowledge is also provided with the theoretical knowledge

Iit Bombay the dream college

I did applied for iit delhi also as it was my home town but got IIT Bombay as it was much better for me because of placements and brand value. For addmission in iit we have to give jee mains first then we have to go jee advanced which is hard but with preparation it is easy and having AIR good like 500 we can get iit Bombay...Read More

so i did fill for other college but yes iit bombay was my 1st preference so i got it and acc to my rank i was gettinng into iit bombay very easily but to be on safe side i added more option . so i have cleared jee advanced to get here . for mtech you have to pass gate . the admission iprocess is impler only its mostlyy digital.cutoffs of jee adv is obviously very high due to number of student who wnt to go in iit and number of studnet who get selected there is huge difference so dropper increases ....Read More
