Course Curriculum Overview

Course is for 4 years. And exams are well figured at right time . no delay. It was great that I am a student there . I wrote Kerala entrance exam. I was selected in the merit list , I applied to this college and was allowted. Which was much simple than I thought, although my rank was 53000. Which was a big surprise for me

Best placement.Very good, Course is for 4 years. And exams are well figured at the right time. Teachers are very friendly and kind. And so so good in their speaking skills

we are eligible for placement from the 7th sem. Many famous and small compines vist our college. Infosys, WIPRO, TCS vist our college. But the big companies take only few student. Highest package was 1,00,000. And the average package is around 4,00,000. Almost all students gets placed from the campus .

My Experience at NIT Calicut

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would rate the EEE course curriculum around 8-8.5 /10 in terms of relevance.The curriculum provides strong fundamentals in core electrical engineering subjects and prepares students well for core jobs and higher studies.The course curriculum was revised in 2023, and our batch is the 1st batch under the new curriculum. however, there are still limited coding ,AI and data science subjects in EEE ,which could be improved. Exams are conducted times per semester and are generally moderately difficult.

Is engineering here worth it?

Companies such as nissan,infosys,commandtech,bimlabs,gulfasia etc has visited . And the highest package was 11 LPA and lowest was 3 LPA
