College review

The atmosphere here is very good.It's like green campus.It consists of many trees and plants and looks beautiful and clean. AICTE awarded the college as second cleanest campus in India. But the fees structure is expensive.That's the only negative remark.

The course curriculum is good. students learn about the trending technologies in software and they can do websites, applications by their own.Even we have IOT lab in our department. Coming to exam structure we have 3 mids for each semester and best 2 among the three will be finalized for 20 marks and there will be an online exam for 10 marks at last the semester exams for remaining 70 marks.

placement opportunities in my college is average.But for CSE and IT students the placements and job opportunities is quite good. They are providing internship offers too. many of my friends went for internships to various companies and the stipend is 15-20k per month. I got selected in 2 multi national companies.Syntel and Soprasteria and my package is 3lpa and 4 lpa respectively.

We celebrate many events over here. The biggest event is "Stepcone".It's a national level 3 day technical and cultural fest. Many students from other colleges also used to participate in this fest and there will be cash prizes for each and every event conducted in this fest. In my college there are many clubs like literary club, music club, radio, shirtfilms etc., College management encourages students for all these kind of activities.

Fee structure is not feasible.It is somewhat expensive.If the students get below 10,000 rank, they can study free and the government will pay for them. In my opinion the fees structure is very expensive.

If the student gets merit marks college management provide scholarship for them.They give cash prize for the topper students in each semester. Students who have 100% attendance will also get some amount as scholarship.

Labs are good.But they are not Chaging the lab pattern for years and years. For computer science students we need more practical works then study.But here it is difficult for us to do practical work. College management encourages sports and there is a big ground inside the campus.Students used participate for national level sport events and there is a gym inside the campus.

There is a hostel inside the campus.hostel facilities are good.But, the rooms in hostel is not so good. And the waterfacilities, food everything is fine. The fees structure for hostel is also expensive.

Yes. Senior students help their junior students and the campus is ragging free. Even alumni visits the college and used to give some lectures to their juniors. Seniors and alumni help their juniors in job opportunities also.They used to guide us.

The college faculty is average.some persons teach well and some others not. Many of them are PHDs also. We have assistant professors, associate professors, and professors. They used to help us for project related works and also other works if they can.
