The campus atmosphere is very good for studying.
Very good infrastructure, all required instruments for the engineering degree is available in the college
Very good buildings. Including smart class room, canteen, etc.

Course Curriculum Overview

The curriculum is the latest available in engineering world. The university always update the curriculum with the lastest providing updated knowledge and engineering skills for their students. This gives a good knowledge for the student in the engineering field.

Class Size: 70Course Fees: INR 10000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure is affordable for almost all of the students. There is only 10000 per year. Resulting 40000 for the course. This include the bus fee, tution fee, exam fee, etc. There is a scholarship named egarntz. Eligible Students will get this scholarship. So there will be a great reduction in annual fee of the college.

Campus Life

The college has the best library. Also each departments have their own library where students can take books for reference. The campus life is very good. Apart from studying all type of extra curricular activities are available in this college.

Admission

I only choose this college because of the good arranged curriculum of the college. This allows me to study sequentially the engineering knowledge. One subject is connected to another subject. So this makes easy to study.

Faculty

The faculty members are graduated from top engineering colleges around India including IITs and NITs. They are very helpful and solves any doubts the students have. They are very positive in nature and very supportive for the students.

Placement Experience:

we are eligible for placement from the 7th sem. Many famous and small compines vist our college. Infosys, WIPRO, TCS vist our college. But the big companies take only few student. Highest package was 1,00,000. And the average package is around 4,00,000. Almost all students gets placed from the campus .

My Experience at NIT Calicut

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would rate the EEE course curriculum around 8-8.5 /10 in terms of relevance.The curriculum provides strong fundamentals in core electrical engineering subjects and prepares students well for core jobs and higher studies.The course curriculum was revised in 2023, and our batch is the 1st batch under the new curriculum. however, there are still limited coding ,AI and data science subjects in EEE ,which could be improved. Exams are conducted times per semester and are generally moderately difficult.

Companies such as nissan,infosys,commandtech,bimlabs,gulfasia etc has visited . And the highest package was 11 LPA and lowest was 3 LPA
