Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum don't need any improvement , it's good as it is now The curriculum includes many practical work and teaches alot about how to tackle real world. The exam timing is of 2 hours for a 60 marks paper and 30mins for 10 marks surprise test so according to me it is sufficient.
Internships Opportunities
Our college provide very less intership opportunities. U can get internship in your 2nd year and 3rd year . Most of th intership are unpaid and are only for learning things . Mostly we have to talk to our hod of the department for internship and it is more likely unofficial way of getting internship in college , we don't have any particular event to get internship.
Placement Experience
From 3rd year students are eligible for campus placement. Some company's like vipro , tcs come in our college for placement. The highest package was of 25 LPs and lowest was of 5 lpa . 95% students get placement. I want to try for off campus placement offers
Fees and Financial Aid
For the 1st semester of 1st year they ask for 102700 which includes the 1st semester fees and admission fees . After that persemester fees is 69500.As i come in general catagory I only about that . And there won't be a increase in fees now as they ave increased it lately by 40%.
Campus Life
Ur college is very much active in other activities then studies like singing dance sports . And it' has a very good student environment. We have clubs for basically every activity.our college also take part in my events and hackathon and also win it.
Admission
There were many colleges that I wanted to go for like vit University Vellore, evm , ramayah . Though I choose this college because I live in kolkata and it's the best private college in our city . Yes I got rejection from others colleges . That was the other reason to choose this college
Faculty
The course structure is good , as I'm a first year b tech student . I have to learn everything in first year like mech phy maths . They have mid sem and final sem both . They also take surprise tests , so we always have to be regular in College . The final sem. Is of 60 marks . And rest 40 marks is of surprise test and attendence
