Likes
- My college offers varioud opportunities and provide multiple course options to choose from . The campus of the college is very good. However, few improvements are required to be made in the classroom structure.Good job opportunities too are offered.
- My social interactions in the college is very good as there are various fests celebrated in the college . Involvement in such fests provide a lot of exposure towards teaching as well as non - teaching facilities . All of the basic amenities are there
- The faculty is very well - versed with their subjects and very good at teaching . They also provides various mentorship programs for improvement. The teaching is very up to the mark and all the practical subjects are properly taught to the students
Dislikes
- The infrastructure for the campus is nice but the classrooms are not very good . Lift facilities are not available for the students due to which certain disabled students face problems to get till the third floor and it is also very time consuming .
- The office for secondary section is on the fourth floor which is very inconvenient . Sometimes the non - teaching staffs do not cooperate very well with the students . They take a lot of time to get the work done . It creates a lot of inconvenience .
- The course curriculum is not very broad which sometimes causes a very limited information for the students . Teachers teach only upto the point and do not provide extra information or knowledge . No extra curriculum activities are taken in the class.
Course Curriculum Overview
I choose this course to gain knowledge more on commerce as a field. The curriculum does contain certain subjects which prepares us for the real world applications and further academic pursuits . The semester exams are conducted once in half year .
Fees and Financial Aid
The first year fees yearly for B.com was ?10,000 The second year fees yearly was ?12,261 The third year fees yearly was ?14,100 During the course , tuition fees charged were ?100 per year . The fee structure for other courses like BMS ,BBI BAF were higher than B.COM . Scholarships are available on merit basis and to SC, ST category students and minority basis .
Campus Life
A lot of fests are conducted in my college . Even days like traditional days , formal day , tie days and others are being celebrated which increases are social interactions with other students . The library is also very nice and records are properly maintained in the library .
Admission
I liked this college from the school days. It offers a very good job opportunities as well. The campus is very large and includes a lot of courses in one campus . The college gives a sense of maturity to me .
Faculty
The faculty in comparison to the students is less but enough to provide the necessary teaching . The best faculties whom i liked and were very good at teaching was Mr. Dhaval Bhatt who taught is accounts and was very well - versed with it's subject. The accounts to learn was very interesting because of him . I didn't like most the facilities like Mrs. Mukta . She was our class mentor but did not guide me well. Whenever i had any doubts i tried to contact her but she didn't actually bother to get the doubts resolved .
