Growing engineering college in pune

Kondhwa is a lively area, the area around VIIT is densely populated. And unlike the main city, the lifestyle is a bit different. But not too different. It is unplanned and densely packed because of it. That might be a bit disconcerting to the people already used to being in the city, but thats about it. People here are quite friendly and generally keep themselves out of other’s matters.

We are afflictated to Savitribai phule pune university and we are now an autonomous college We run our own college with out any sppu rules We conduct our exams and check our own papers Our syllabus is also different from SPPU We modifiy our syllabus for better understanding

It is one the advantage of this college. I have heard companies like Barclays,Persistent,Cognizant & even Morgan Stanley, Amazon visiting the campus.Although I am not sure about it's authenticity. So, overall the college is good. The best part is now it is Automous too.

We do have fest name gandharva Its a huge feast with lots of fun It contain cultural and technical events for 5 to 6 days And after that SCI TECH is one another college fest for students In which we represent our projects

Its expensive its approx 130000/- Thats alot of money for middle class students but if you opt for scholarship then all is sorted The fees includes tution charges All the field visit charges College fest contires All the accomodation and uniform

Our college do offer some good scholarships to student and Help us to fill their forms They do provide loan facility in HDFC bank students loan Personally i didn't opt for loan My parents paid the whole fees

We have big two grounds for sports One sports room with lot of equipments 3 computer labs 1 chemistry lab 1 physics lab We also have a big workshop for all the mechanical stuff College conducts lots of activities for students

I did not opted for Hostel facilities, so i don't have any personal experience. Although, I can review. yes! You have to share it with a mate and it is around 3-4 km away from college. Bus service are provided. If Overall considered, i would rate it on average. In case, if you are going for PG's and Flat near by college then average rentals would be 8000/- (considering quality standards).If you find some group then it would be 2000/month and is a average rent you will have to pay.

This count is simply not possible. Every year, from different branches of VIIT, many apply to have a MS or Phd from US, & they got selected in bulk. Many of my seniors, super-seniors are already there. And my junior crop will also be there in a month or 2. Best way to find & contact them thourgh college contacts

When we talk about faculty I vividly remember a phrase by one of them “ you are not just horses, you are the black stallions”. The phrase is important because this represents the level of effort faculty puts into developing you. Most of the teachers expect you to work on your own. The teaching methods are conventional. Few of them are incompetent and some doesn't like to teach at all but there are exceptions too. You are on your own for everything there.
