Course Curriculum Overview
My course as specified is Bcom hons Bcom is a typical old course but delhi university curriculum has infused various courses related to personality and skills to over-all enhance the human So they are constantly working upon the relevance of the course They should give a specified time for internships The course is a easy to moderate course Exams are conducted twice a year ie. Semester wise exams no mid sem exam is there but all faculties take internal class tests as per their needs
Placement Experience
Placement are average here no big company except KPMG comes in the campus for the placement 5th sem students and passouts are eligible to apply for the placement There is no record of percentage of students placed My plan is to clear CFA L3 and I'm giving CAT as well to secure a good MBA college
Fees and Financial Aid
In the first and the second year fees was 22,000 but in the 3rd year fees has been increased to 24,000 Delhi University scholarship are available in the college Average fees is around 20,000 - 25,000. Fees is higher for BMS course which is 35,000. Note- This fees is of one year ie. Two semesters
Campus Life
Before the arrival of our new principal - Dr. Rasal Singh our college has a good social life An annual fest naming - Josh that is a 3 day event is conducted every year freshers and farewell for every department and diwali mela and Dandiya nights are being held in the college. Classes and infrastructure is top notch majority has ACs Society culture is also top notch nearly there are 25 societies and majority of them are active
Admission
I applied for nearly all the colleges of Delhi University that has bcom hons bcom prog ba economics Hons and bms but I allotted this college As many of my friends are there in almost all the colleges I can say that management here is top notch I didn't get rejection from any college Admission process includes giving cuet examination and sitting for delhi university CSAS
Faculty
Faculties at Ramanujan College are great they promote students to pursue positions at societies and do internship Student to faculty ratio is almost 1:20 Gaurav sir of environmental science department is very passionate about his course he has also transformed a barren land of college to a school jungle to preserve wildlife. Sumit Kumar of commerce department is very egoistic and a stubborn person who is a typical school teacher who doesn't promote overall growth of the student. Averageally faculties are decent at Ramanujan College
