Theirs nothing to dislike about my university except I am skilled in badminton but my college individually doesn't have a badminton court or compitition

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees structure is 7500/- annually However different courses have different fees structure since they have to use practical instruments which the university charge them for. My tuition fees is 5000/- monthly which includes 3 tuitions

Campus Life

My campus life is good, my juniors are friendly, we talk about fun stuff when we meet at the campus. Wr have a big library filled with books of our courses and others We also have story books which are easily accessible

Admission

This college has a better faculty management than other colleges according to my reasearch. I couldn't make to few better colleges because of my mathematics marks in my 12th boards I have opte5for economics honours but I got this misconceptions that economics marks alone will get me to a good college but I was wrong. It was the mathematics marks which matters the most,

Faculty

The faculty student ratio is 14.2 We usually have 2 internal exams conducted by the college followed by 2 semester exams conducted by the university annually. Their is a small amount of people who fails to clear the exams and they have to clear the failed subject in the next to next semester.

The summary of my four years in one of the oldest colleges in India

Placement Experience:

The campus placements happen in final year of the course. There is a well established placement cell to conduct the on-campus placements. Many well renowned companies visit our college namely Microsoft, Google, TI, TSL, PWC, ICICI, ABG. L&T, etc. The highest package was 50LPA and the average was around 9LPA. Over 90% students got placed from across every department and details of the placement is also available in the college official website. I have gotten a job from the on-campus drive to a core company.

The placements of our college are below average. Studies for placement are more or less relevant from second semester. companies like tcs, amazon etc do visit our campus however very few are selected with package above 4-5 LPA. Most of the students seek out for higher studies and that's my plan too.

After the 6th semester, the students are eligible for placements. Mass recruiters like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Accenture, Capgemini, etc visit every year and pick up 80-100 students per company. Other companies like Amazon, Thoughtworks, Etc also visit the college. The highest package offered by our college is 15LPA by Thoughtworks. Every year around 75-80% of students get placed on campus. I plan to get a good job work for 2-3 years and then apply for Masters. Overall the placement is very nice in this college.
