I think in kerala most of the government colleges follow ktu curriculum , cusat curriculum is far better than ktu . internal exams here have a weightage of 30 percentage in end semester exam .our curriculum mainly focuses on object oriented programming they provide a better view for us I think they need to add industrial visit in this college .they removed it some years ago which is very disappointing

I haven't got any internship yet because I am a 1st year student , According to my knowledge college provides internship opportunities actively,there is also international opportunities here which is a very good thing

Almost every students without backlogs get placed here , getting placement here is easy you have to pass all the sem exams without any supply and maintain a higher cgpa then you will get easily placed.25lpa is the highest placement,average is 6lpa I think almost 80% students get placed,from 6th semester onwards placement procedures starts

32,140 per semester is the amount you have to pay if you got admission in this college in state merit seats ,if you're alloted in all india merit seats then you have to pay 55,000 per semester . I think there is a pta fund which will be around 5000 it's a one time payment.there are various scholarships for Kerala sc/st/obh students they get nearly 100% fee reduction including hostel fee via a scholarship called e grantz. Which is provided by Kerala government.

There's is an annual tech event called dhishna which will not be in this year because there was an accident last year at our open air theatre .also there is a cultural fest called sargam ,there are various events in this college because of various departments other than engineering are present here in cusat university

Admission to this college is strictly based of cat rank.which is an exam conducted by cusat every year.This college have NBA tier 1 accreditation,only 3 colleges in kerala have it . So I will definitely choose this over any other college which have lesser tier acrredition .other 2 colleges are iit palakkad and nit Calicut which I can't get .

Most of the faculties are PhD scholarships and there are some guest lecturers who are pursuing PhD under some of our faculties.so there is no shortage of faculties here .Physics department faculties teach very nicely .there are 2 internals before every semester exam,exams are moderately tough . Some faculties give us previous year questions through our WhatsApp group especially Meera Saraswathi mam of mathematics department she was very helpful during our first internals
