Our degree is under IKGPTU and university's course curriculum is followed. The curriculum is good enough and includes subjects that has some practical usage . For example, Subjects like DSA in 3rd sem are very important from placement perspective. C, c++ in first year and Java with DSA in 5th sem are some of the important subjects. Web Dev is also taught in 1st year . The course curriculum if followed properly can help students upskill themselves. Improvement can be be made in curriculum by including problem solving in DSA .

Internships are compulsory from 4th semester onwards and college assists students in getting internship opportunities in many companies on and off the campus and also helps in getting training. Many students have gotten sde intern role in startups and established companies too . Many students have done college assisted training in top IITs.

Students in B.Tecg are eligible for placements from 6th Semester onwards. More than 800+ companies have visited our college for recruitment providing 8500+ placements offer. Highest package offered in our college are 45.5 LPA in Amazon, 40.9 LPA in Adobe, 36 LPA in Autodesk, 30 LPA in Mu Sigma, 29 LPA in Nutanix, 26 LPA in The Math Company, 24 LPA in Byju's, 20 LPA in Playsimple . • B.Tech CSE Fees for 2022-2026 Batch :- ?47,500 per semester throughout the course. The Fees is increasing each year, the fees for 2024-2028 Batch is approx. ?75000 per semester. •Scholarship :- CGC Jhanjeri conducts a scholarship test, CGC JOSH during admission . This test is conducted in 2 stages, from December to may and June to August respectively. Scholarship ranging from 10% to 100% is provided according to marks scored ranging from 40 to 93+ in the scholarship test. • Financial Aid :- CGC Jhanjeri offers Education Loans to Students. EMI facility for tution fees is also available for students. For Students from Bihar and West Bengal, Bihar credit card scheme and West Bengal credit card scheme are also applicable.

My overall experience with college life has been fulfilling. Annual Freshers party, Tech fest in the months of September to October and many festivals are celebrated every year. Every block has a Library and all the curriculum books are available in the stack . Classrooms are spacious and have a smart board for engaging learning. CGC Jhanjeri supports all the sports activities and also arrange an annual sports meet. Sports like cricket, Football, Badminton, Basketball, Powerlifting etc are supported. Clubs in CGC Jhanjeri :- NSS Club, Rangmanch- Theatre club, Rockers- The Dance and music club, CGC Fitconnect- The fitness club, c- click- The photography club, Mind benders- The literary club, Art Masters- The fine Art club, Socialcom- The social media and digital marketing club, Fashioninsta club and GDG and GFG chapters.

Hostels for boys and girls are available with rooms ranging from 2 seaters, 3 seaters, 4 seaters and 5 seaters in both AC and Non-AC. Meal is provided 4 time's a day, Breakfast, Lunch, snacks and Dinner. Meal quality is good and menu is changed every week . Hostel registration can be done at the campus. Hostel fees is ?1,10,000 per year.

I got to know about this college from an alumni and I searched about it . I found all the parameters relevant to me so I took admission in this college. I would suggest any student to take admission here if they couldn't get into an IIT or NIT but still want to get the best placement opportunities. This college is like a second chance for students who couldn't clear JEE . Admission is solely based on first come first basis, there are no entrance exams for admission. Any student with pcm background in +2 can take admission in B.Tech courses in CGC Jhanjeri

Faculty in our college are very dedicated towards completing syllabus on time and provide students with all the knowledge they require for exams and to upskill themselves. Teachers provide ppts and PDFs to study for exams. Faculty from placement cell train students with practical approach be it aptitude, Technical or communication skills. The teachers in Lab conduct all the experiments and clear any doubt for students. All the faculty are approachable and kind. The names of the faculty that I like are Rashmi ma'am who taught us maths in 3rd and 4th semester . Manbir ma'am taught us Digital electronics in 3rd sem and she is one of the best teachers that I've come across. Her way of teaching is so engaging and she is one of the most dedicated teachers in our college. • Exams :- Each semester, 2 MSTs ( mid sem test ), internal practical, Final exam and external practical are conducted.
