What Students Say

Likes

The teaching Faculty is vey experienced , and very Supportive.
The placements are very impressive , especially for ENTC branch.
The campus is very nice. The extra clubs are of also various variety.

Dislikes

The sports Section is very poor. Ground can be Improved.
The Computer lab for FY is not properly managed , half the computers do not work and the other half does not have the required software.
The canteen is very expensive , and is not affordable for most of the students.

Course Curriculum Overview

MY course ENTC is core branch , but there are also technical subjects like PSP(problme solving progrraming ) but according to me some subjects in First Year are irrelevent like Universal human values, and they should start investion in the sports section.

Internships Opportunities

Companies LIke - TCS, Oracle, Accenture , Wipro , Godrej , Tech Mahindra The lowest Package offered was 3 lakhs per annum and the highest pakkage was 18 lakhs per annum. The faculty also keeps you updated .

Placement Experience

The placements of this college are very nice especially my Branch Entc. The placement of ENTC branch is higher than CS and IT because we can go into both IT sector and the core ENTC sector. My plan after getting a degree is Getting placed and move up in ranks.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee I am paying is 1.28lakhs per year . I am not getting any scholarship beacuse I am in open category. Total Fees I will be paying in four years is nearly 5.5 lakhs . As per my standard this is too high.It is Increasing very rapidly.

Campus Life

The campus life of All india Shree SHIVAJI memorial socity is good , events like TENET happnes every year . there are many clubs BUt my personal favorite is the travelling club . the classroom are equiped with latest tech.

Admission

I wanted Vit pune college but the second prefrence was Aissms . I chose this college because I had heard good reviews from some distint relatives. The addmission process was a little late but was smooth .

Faculty

The Faculty of Aissms institute of information tecnology is very experienced and super friendly, they will guide you through everything.In my case the addmission process started very late than usuall so the speed of teaching is increased. The marking scheme is as follows- Insem1=20 Insem2=20 Sem1=60 total=100

AS FOR PLACEMENT , TNP TRIES REALLY HARD TO GET STUDENT PLACED. MULTIPLE COMPANY VISIT THE CAMPUS. NAMELY INFOSYS, ACCENTURE, COGNIZANT, TCS, CAPEGEMINI, AMDOCS, HCL, TECH MAHINDRA, ETC MULTUPLE APTITUDE ASSESMENT AND CODING ASSESMENT ARE CONDUCTED BY COMPANIES. MANY STUDENT GET PLACED AT AVERAGE OF 4.5 . OFFER ARE LIKE 3LPA, 3,5LPA.4,5LPA, 7LPA, MAX 9LPA OR THIS YEAR BUT STILL IN MY OPNION STUDENT ARE NOT PUTTING ENOUGH EFFORT IN THEIR PLACEMENT DRIVES AND HAVE VERY CASUAL ATTITUDE. SO PERCENTAGE IS AROUND 40% AND I'LL NOT BLAME COLLEGE FOR THIS PERCENTAGE ATLEAST NOT TNP, CUZ FOR SOME REASON STUDENT ARE CLEARING FAILING HERE AS FOR ME I'M PLANNING FOR FURTHER STUDIES

There are placements in the college, but the company select only few like from hundreds they select only 9 to 10 students which are capable enough according to the standard who have done internships and have some experience in their field as the companies don't want to teach them from the starting

College review for better selection for better opportunities in future

Placement Experience:

From 4th Year students are eligible for campus placements. The companies that visites my college campus are accenture, capgemini, tcs and many more . The highest package students get places are 12-14 Lakhs per annum and average pakage is around 4-5 lakhs per annum . The percentage of students get places is around 60-80% and majority of them are from CE and IT . Many of them try to get placed from off campus due to their desired companies they want to join or they want more packages

SAKEC- best college ever

Placement Experience:

Sakec have many job/internship opportunities. The college provides different trainings and intership opportunities. Currently, in 2023-24, 42 students have alreday been placed with 25 LPA (highest CTC offered). College have tie-up with many reknowed companies. The highest salary package offered is 24 LPA. The average salary package offered is 6 LPA. My plan after getting the degree of bachelor of engineering is to go for masters and acknowledge more and more knowledge in engineering filed. And be my level best. I'm also looking forward for opportunities to go abroad for my mtech degree. Future my expectations form college are High. I'm sure being a student of such prestigious college with help me alot.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because I have genuine interest in civil engineering. The faculty student ration is 1:50. Our faculties are well qualified they are master's degree holders in design and structural engineering. Some of them are PhD holders and many of them have done their master's from NIT and IIT. Term exams are scheduled after every 2 months. it is easy to pass because it consists of 30 marks only.

It is a great college for learning

Course Curriculum Overview:

I'm choosing this course because I'm interested in programming languages. Faculty members here are at the best level. They are very supportive and knowledgeable. They made lectures most interactive. All faculty members are well-qualified and experienced. The course is very vast but the teaching faculty cover it through their extra lectures and practicals.

I chose this college because it is one ofthe top 10 colleges in pune. And year on year demand for this college is increasing. # years back there was only 1 batch for Computer engineering. Last year there were 2 batches and currently this year a total of 3 batches are there for Computer engineering. And similar for other branches also. Admission Process: 1. Visit college for document verification. 2. A link will be provided to enter details regarding admission (Educations details, Communicational Details, Gaurdian Details etc........). Its a very long form which can be filled at home also before document verification or else after document verification it can be filled in college. Balanced Campus life with scope of self exploration @AISSMS

I applied to PCCOE, PCCOER, DY Patil, Bharati Vidhyapeeth, Modern College but based on my CET score I got admission here. I chose AISSMS IOIT Pune over other colleges because of its strong placement record, modern infrastructure and well structured computer engineering programme. I applied to VIT Pune, MIT Pune and COEP but secured admission only in AISSMS IOIT. My rejection from COEP was due to a lower score in entrance exam.
