Our college helps the students for persuing their passion in engineering. The faculties encourage and mentor the students for doing something creative and something good for our society.Our College doens't have a proper waste management system.
Course Curriculum Overview
The portions asked in the exam are entirely from the 12th and 11th NCERT textbooks. The course curriculum depends on the course you are choosing . Different branches has different subjects but In the first year you have to learn basics of other engineering branches.
Placement Experience
Almost all the students get placed depending upon their CGPA and the extracurricular activities they have done. Those who got no placements will have supplementary exams that they have to clear. Job offer are mainly from IT companies like Tata consultancy services, Wipro etc.
College Events
We have or main event Dyuthi which cultural cum technical fest.Dyuthi is 3-4 days long filled with all day long programs. We also celebrate our traditional festivals like Onam,Keralapiravi,Holi etc. Also there are departmental events which are conducted by individual departments.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Its feasible, being a government engineering college most of our fee is paid by our state government and you have to only pay some of the essential bills. There is a provision for low income students and for reserved category people which allows them to pay lower than the normal students do.
Fees and Financial Aid
There are so many scholorships available. E-grant is one good example. Annual income less than 3 lakhs is the primary criteria that you have to satisfy.You can apply to that scholorship online and give the acknowledgement to the authorities and they will verify the details and notify you when the scholorship amount is available for you to collect.
Campus Life
In all eight semester there's always a lab that you have to perform. Sports are conducted in various levels first the college level,then zone level,then state level. The people participated in the sports will receive activity points described as per university rules.
Alumni/Alumna
The alumni and senior students are really helpful. We can always consult them for the doubts we have like activities in college or technical assistance for our projects. Any day any time they are there for you to help.
Faculty
They are really helpful minded people. We can approach to them if there is any doubt regarding the subject they are teaching. Portions has to be completed before a certain time. So if they rush we can ask them to go slow or bring up to our pace so that we can learn properly.
