Our college is one of the first five colleges in the state considering there are about one hundred and fifty colleges now. We have a great supporting alumini and staffs . We have a great pass percentage .
Course Curriculum Overview
My course is under ktu which is the univestiy governing my college. It is a newly established University but the curriculum is great and informative. It teaches the core subjects in depth and give great amount of practical experience.
Placement Experience
Placement cell in our college is good. A lot of company including Alstom TCS etc come to our college each year. Most of alumines are placed in well off companies in top positions. The college encourage internships . As I am still a fresher I haven't completed an internship but look forward to do it during the sem break.
College Events
Our college is vibrant and celebrates different festivals. We organise tech summits culturals each year. Our freshers party is really energetic and a grand function. General talks by different people's on their projects or on out of syllabus stuffs are organised by different student groups each week.
Fee Structure And Facilities
For students who got admission bon merit the fees is very low compared to other engineering college in our country . I am only charged about eight thousand rupees per annum only . The hostels are also cheap .
Fees and Financial Aid
Student can avail government scholarship or any other scholarships . The college is not giving any scholarship for freshers . But after the first year if you are able to get good grades the the college is providing scholarship to such students.
Campus Life
Our college have excellent lab . Basically the electrical lab in our college is one of the best in the state . Our mechanical lab is also great . Our college supports all types of games. We were the runner up in inter college football tournament. We have college premier league's on football cricket and volleyball.
Hostel Facilities
Our college has government hostels . The government hostels are clean and spacious. The food provided in the hostels are good and they serve a varied variety of food which are decided by the students.
Alumni/Alumna
Our seniors were very helpful in the start of our college . They guided us in matters such as to the books we should choose . They were very friendly and helped in settling to the college environment.
Faculty
The faculty of our college are all the best in their fields. They are able to give us simplified and understandable lectures on the topics. They are supportive and encourage students to do different projects.
