- The campus is really good and spacious.Most faculty are well behaved
- Cafeterias and canteens are good.They also have a big library
- Inclusion of extra curricular activities like sports and athletics are present
Dislikes
- Most of the Lab sessions are really mediocre
- Some faculty may not be very good at teaching
- This college is run like a school which includes wearing a uniform and being very strict for the smallest things.We have to fill certain forms for the simplest of things
Course Curriculum Overview
I would rate the course curriculum a 4 out of 10 because most of the subjects we study are outdated. The curriculum doesn't prepare you that much for real world applications. Exams are scheduled in a tough way as it gives you really less time to study and frequency of exams are very high.
Placement Experience
Certain companies approach for placement like Tata Lexi, cognizant, TCS, Infosys,IBM etc. Students become eligible for campus placement during S6,S7 and S8 .Percentage of students getting placed are 60% I believe
Fees and Financial Aid
I pay 80000 or 90000 every year as a management student.Fee structure is same for everyone but if you are joining through NRI you would have to pay 2 lakhs extra at the beginning.If you join using sports quota you won't have to pay any fees or fees are very less
Campus Life
Annual and tech festivals are conducted every year the annual college festival Is pretty much mid and nobody cares for tech festivals except for the tech festivals of the mechanical department. So many books are provided in the library for your subjects and other books are also present.
Admission
I couldn't get into the college I wanted to because I didn't get adequate marks for the subject I wanted in that college and had to join through NRI admission so I had to choose this college.For NRI admission you only need your class 12 certificate and for management and merit admission you would need 10th,12th and your keam marklists
Faculty
Most of the faculties present in the college are actually good at teaching and are well behaved but some of them may be hot headed and won't let you grasp enough knowledge about the subject.I believe all the faculties are easy to approach.
Night Life
There is a gym in the college but is only for the hostellers. Cafeterias,libraries and public areas are closed at 6pm.The locality is safe to roam around nights as security guards are present buy hostellers are supposed to enter the hostel by 6.30pm
