Course Curriculum Overview

There was 2 events arranged by the college & it was ok ok also they don't give any events information arranged by other colleges so we will attend & also they don't have any specific curriculum activities

Fees and Financial Aid

I have completed BSC - IT degree from University of mumbai. Fees per year 26000 & they do not provide any scholarship & all. I am from open category so I need to pay full amount. My batchmates pay the same amount also.

Campus Life

They have only 1 technical festival i.e. called IT fest & it was okay okay because as a student we don't have money to participate on their events so I was not satisfied with their technical events. Also they don't provide any other information related to tech events in nearby colleges.

Admission

I chose this college because only 1 college in my area which was near to my home & as I already mentioned in previous questions that I was interested in technology so I have to take admission to this college

Faculty

Faculty members are very rude during exams. Also they forces to pay fees every time otherwise they stopped teaching. Also environment was not good teachers are rude. Exams are not conducted properly. Students carry cheates on exams & also they fixes the exam by paying money to the supervisor.

Night Life

On night college was shut down so I don't have to tell anything about it. All gates was closed & they have tight security so students not allowed after 6pm. They don't have gym & cafeterias. They only have library. They don't have hostel. Famous hangout place was outside of the college.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose Biotechnology because it is a multidisciplinary field. We get to study not only topics related to biotechnology but also biochemistry, bio physics, bio informatics, bio statistics, etc. Mostly everything that is essential for future exams is taught during the span of 3 years. The topics of the units are taught in depth but the questions asked during exams are comparatively easy as to what all we studied. The frequency of the exam is, 1 internal exam which consists of both mcqs and written exam, the semester exam for each semester and practical exams for each subject. If u have studied then you will be able to attempt the questions.

from 6th semester students are eligible for placement. multiple MNCs come for placements like deloitte, berger, reliance, ernst and young, etc. highest packasge is around 9 lakhs pa and median package is about 3.5 lakhs pa. maximum students who sit for placement gets placed. i will be pursuing masters degree after my bachleors.

The Campus Story : the lands of horror.

Placement Experience:

My college gives campus placement placement opportunities typically after 4th semester, which is the 2nd half of the 2nd year. As my college has a partnership with IBM so the standards of campus placement go right up as the placement depends on the curriculum performance of the student so can't really say much for this. If saying as a stalemate, getting a placement is basically confirmed if the student maintains his/her CGPA of 6-7, which shows the consistent of the student in their field.

The course is an integrated MSc and the Institute is funded by the both university of Mumbai and the department of atomic energy. Student: teacher ratio is so much satisfactory, each professor knows each student. The professors are mainly visiting professors from IIT Bombay, barc, tifr etc institutes.

Ok ok college not much good

I choose this college because my sister was already studying there. Also i didn't apply to other colleges because we dint had sufficient money. This college was affordable to us. There was no exam given for admission. Admission process was very simple. They did not check any eligibility of students to give admission in their college.
