Remarks

The positive thing about Bhawanipur is that the no of events which takes place in it the only thing which to might miss bring on Bhawanipur is the campus rest nothing is there which is missing in the College

Bcom is under Calcutta University it's quite an old syllabus it needs a lot of improvement , we are required to give semester in different College but overall the curriculum is good but the syllabus required to be improved

Yes, our College conducts internship many times a year along with placement and also various seminars on how to present yourself in the interview and be selected in it the College offers wide scale of opportunity in placement and internship

We have blood donation camp , model United Nations, Dhammal for dandia night, Umang kolkata most popular college fest , carnival exclusive of college then various other events like moot court , euphonius for music and dance lovers , and account Olympiad like never before

Feasible it Chagres a minimum of 45 thousand approximately and also gives various rebate in fees for student with merit along with various other quotas for Gujarati samaj and students scoring above 90%

Scholarship scheme given by the College is 90% plus students get full redemption for all the 3 years and for state board 80% + they also get full rebate in the fees and the students of Gujarati samaj also avail the same

The summary of my four years in one of the oldest colleges in India

Placement Experience:

The campus placements happen in final year of the course. There is a well established placement cell to conduct the on-campus placements. Many well renowned companies visit our college namely Microsoft, Google, TI, TSL, PWC, ICICI, ABG. L&T, etc. The highest package was 50LPA and the average was around 9LPA. Over 90% students got placed from across every department and details of the placement is also available in the college official website. I have gotten a job from the on-campus drive to a core company.

Deperments with strong placement cells secure 10-15 offers per company, depending on batch size. 5. 8-10LPA Highest package offered by Leading companies and 4-5LPA Average package offered by companies. 6. 60-80% of students getting placements. i am interested in Ph.D. programs for research positions.

The placements of our college are below average. Studies for placement are more or less relevant from second semester. companies like tcs, amazon etc do visit our campus however very few are selected with package above 4-5 LPA. Most of the students seek out for higher studies and that's my plan too.

Placement Experience:

After the 6th semester, the students are eligible for placements. Mass recruiters like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Accenture, Capgemini, etc visit every year and pick up 80-100 students per company. Other companies like Amazon, Thoughtworks, Etc also visit the college. The highest package offered by our college is 15LPA by Thoughtworks. Every year around 75-80% of students get placed on campus. I plan to get a good job work for 2-3 years and then apply for Masters. Overall the placement is very nice in this college.

I applied to scottish church, jaipuria college and goenka college of commerce Got confirmed from the first two but bhawanipur had the best discipline , teacherd and a smooth easy process and the best campus.it has a ragging free enviroment which is best for me .
