Course Curriculum Overview

The curriculam should cover with four essential language skills:reading writting speaking and lisiting.Exam time is 3hrs.for 60 marks and paper level is moderate.Look for courses that use a variety of teaching methods.

In my university to my course 1st yr fees is 6080 2nd yr fees is 2080 and 3rd yr fee is 2200. For SC,ST fees are less then UR catagories. Universities provides so many scholarship to basis of merit cup..

Campus Life

In our universities there are many festivals like holi utsav ananadabazar rabindranath tagore birthday and poush mela etc. In our library wide range of books available. Cricket football vollyball are offered by campus.

I don't apply anyother college,i only apply in visvabharati and i got a admission in this university. I chosse this university beacause it's located in my town and offers a various courses. No,i don't rejection any other college. Admission process in our college through cuet exam.

Faculty

Faculty are so close with students,their teaching quality are very good. I liked alll of faculty because their teaching style very good and easy to understand. There are two exams in semester wise..Question levels are moderate.

Night Life

In our campus gym,there are no efficent closing time.Libary close at 8p.m. Hostel boys and girls are separated. In campus there are many places like museum,swimming pool and many more. Outside campus chatimtala.

The summary of my four years in one of the oldest colleges in India

Placement Experience:

The campus placements happen in final year of the course. There is a well established placement cell to conduct the on-campus placements. Many well renowned companies visit our college namely Microsoft, Google, TI, TSL, PWC, ICICI, ABG. L&T, etc. The highest package was 50LPA and the average was around 9LPA. Over 90% students got placed from across every department and details of the placement is also available in the college official website. I have gotten a job from the on-campus drive to a core company.

Placement Experience:

The placements of our college are below average. Studies for placement are more or less relevant from second semester. companies like tcs, amazon etc do visit our campus however very few are selected with package above 4-5 LPA. Most of the students seek out for higher studies and that's my plan too.

After the 6th semester, the students are eligible for placements. Mass recruiters like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Accenture, Capgemini, etc visit every year and pick up 80-100 students per company. Other companies like Amazon, Thoughtworks, Etc also visit the college. The highest package offered by our college is 15LPA by Thoughtworks. Every year around 75-80% of students get placed on campus. I plan to get a good job work for 2-3 years and then apply for Masters. Overall the placement is very nice in this college.

A Peaceful, Culturally Rich Journey at Visva-Bharati University

I chose VBU over other colleges because of its peaceful campus, strong language programmes and unique academic environment inspired by Rabindranath tagore's vision. I had also applied to JNU and EFLU, but after careful comparison I found VBU more aligned with my learning style and personal goals. The UNIVERSITY offers a more focused and supportive setting with smaller class sizes and close student-teacher interaction which is ideal for studying a language like Japanese. The admission process was conducted through the CUET( COMMON UNIVERSITY ENTRANCE TEST) . The eligibilty was 10+2 with a valid CUET score. For Japanese VBU considers marks of either ENGLISH or GENERAL TEST whichever you get higher marks in.
