Course Curriculum Overview

3

This college comes under Mumbai University so this college has to follow the academic calendar of Mumbai University and I personally like Mumbai University and I like their course design method so I get this college. Faculty is mostly good but some are very less which does not support the students.

Placement Experience

3

Students can apply for placement only in final year but for intership they can apply from second semester onwards.Companies like TCS, IBM, L&T, Infosys, Mahindra and Mahindra, Mahindra Tech come for placement in colleges are just a few names and many more small and big companies come. The highest package of the college is something around twenty lakhs and the average package goes up to four lakhs.I am trying to launch my startup after completing the degree or during the course of the degree only if not able to launch the startup then I will look for placement.

Fees and Financial Aid

I paid approx 80,000 fees at every year admission time. And remaining is my scholarship from Maharashtra dbt portal of government, this scholarship college college direct into those accounts. Tution fees is 57392, No registation fees for admission through mhtcet or jee main exam, Development fees is 17217, Gymkhana fees is 3429, Student wellfare activity ruppees are 6, sport contribution charges 60, Mumbai University desert relief fund 10, Student group insurance 514, vice chancellor fund 20, Annual state level charges 20, E-Suvidha 50, NSS(Ekak Yojana ) 10, Exam Fees 2500, ID Card charges 200, Student Department fees 3832, MUMBAI University Environment Fees 300. Yes, fees for all categories students is same but there are different different scholarship By maharastra government that makes sc st student fees paying fees was reduced. For EBC students there is Rajarshi Chatrapati Shahu Maharaj Shikshan Shulkh Shishvarti Yojana same for EWS. I don't know about OBC, SC and ST school.

Campus Life

5

Mostly all the events in the college are between January to March, the companies in the college conduct tech festivals while there are committees like Antaranga which organize cultural events.SportsTec in the college are also one of the sports that take place in the college like cricket, kabaddi, tennis, football, etc. The college has many committees like NSS GDSC and CSC in which students participate well and lead many committees.

Admission

I chose this college it was my college forty number 40 I applied in cap round and I got this college as per merit list in cap round. You must have given CET or JEE main to get admission through cap round. If you get admission from cap round, then ok, if you get no, you can contact college admission office and ask if there is any option to get admission.

Faculty

4

Faculty is good and supportive but some faculty are not supportive they make student afraid of internal marks but this is very less but this is. vijayakumar choudhary sir who give full support to the students they have personally supported me a lot in first year. Namrata madam is for teaching IT department she is supportive she guided me in one memory but also good in teaching I think she taught. They inspire out-of-syllabus activities, projects such as hackthons, programming competitions etc. Exams are conducted as per the rules of Mumbai University in two units in a semester one after covering 40% of the syllabus and the other after covering 80%.A student who studies a little every day and attends all the lectures easily passes. A twenty way exam consists of two main exams and the passing is of eight marks.

Night Life

5

As the college is located in the city, there are many gyms around the college. The library is very good, you will find most of the books required for academic and research there. The college also has a hostel which is a little back site of the college which is not too far from the college.I haven't been to the hostel yet so I don't have any experience there but I heard that the hostel is good. Seawood Mall is near the college and there are many natural springs and rivers where we can go for a walk but not at night because there can be danger of water.College area is very safe for night no problem you can go out at any time of night in college area. But the college hostel students are not allowed to come out of the campus after eleven at night.
