Am not interested in electronics engineering but the cutoff CS/ IT is very high so i chosen the course of electronics. After diploma in IT it is very deficult toh study in electronics and then get job of as Software engineering and good LPA on decent company. Every student is preparing for Software engineering for company

Internships Opportunities

There are many types of internship opportunities are gives by our HOD of department. They always real time update are gives on college official college group and focus to every have to apply the internship.

Fees and Financial Aid

For 2nd year ?145955 total, and now third year of fee is 130955. Tuition and develop. fee is 120000 same for 3 year University exam and other fee for S.E - 25955 and T.E and B.E - 10955 There are different types in fee for different cast and categories for approx 20000 to 100000. Some government scholarship are there for students given by college

Campus Life

There are in March to April different types of events are there for students. The range of book in library is huge, any type of book you wanted to it will be there. Some Facilities are very good at all for my department of my experience. Sports and extracurricular is very nice in college terna have self turf for sport activities and they support and encourage the students for participate. Students have only one groups and all the information and provided in group.

Admission

Like I applied for MGM engineering college, Sarswati engineering college and some like. But in college merit list I didn't get the college of any in IT. Then my friend suggested the college terna engeneering college. Then I go for offline addmission process. The process of admission is little easy in some hours my addmission is confirmed.

Faculty

In my opinion the faculty to student is not good, behaviour of some faculty is not good at all. There are some faculty are good and ready for helping student, like lab assistant. I don't want to say name of there but some time there behaviour is not good at all. There are 4 types of exam - IAT-1 & 2, then practical and theoretical exam. Difficulty level is moderate by university of mumbai

Night Life

There are cafeteria in 2nd floor they open full day. I don't not about hostel but campus is starting at 7am to 5 pm after the timing they not allowed to stay at college. We are normally hangout in inside of the college most of the time. Yes the locality is safe at night.

From 4th Year students are eligible for campus placements. The companies that visites my college campus are accenture, capgemini, tcs and many more . The highest package students get places are 12-14 Lakhs per annum and average pakage is around 4-5 lakhs per annum . The percentage of students get places is around 60-80% and majority of them are from CE and IT . Many of them try to get placed from off campus due to their desired companies they want to join or they want more packages

Placement Experience:

In Kit college their are some rules for placement drive. In 7th sem companies started to visit our college. During my placement my engineering percentage is around 70 and I am able to attend every drive. Once student get placement offer from one company that student is not allowed to apply next company which package is near to previous company. Placement in Kit college in my year is 70 to 75%. The unplaced students have decided to go for MS.

Placement Experience:

Sakec have many job/internship opportunities. The college provides different trainings and intership opportunities. Currently, in 2023-24, 42 students have alreday been placed with 25 LPA (highest CTC offered). College have tie-up with many reknowed companies. The highest salary package offered is 24 LPA. The average salary package offered is 6 LPA. My plan after getting the degree of bachelor of engineering is to go for masters and acknowledge more and more knowledge in engineering filed. And be my level best. I'm also looking forward for opportunities to go abroad for my mtech degree. Future my expectations form college are High. I'm sure being a student of such prestigious college with help me alot.

I choose this course because I have genuine interest in civil engineering. The faculty student ration is 1:50. Our faculties are well qualified they are master's degree holders in design and structural engineering. Some of them are PhD holders and many of them have done their master's from NIT and IIT. Term exams are scheduled after every 2 months. it is easy to pass because it consists of 30 marks only.
