College Review Along With My Experience

I choose this course because I was always driven towards aerospace engineering but the curriculum made me stick to it firmly. The curriculum included practical approach towards theoretical concepts that influenced my decision towards aerospace engineering. The curriculum also includes labs, field visits, industrial visits and seminars

One must do projects within the college to boost the resume of their own. With a strong resume one of our seniors got a initial stipend of 34,000 from a company. Projects should be related to your academics or the field you want to work in future.

From seventh semester I think students are eligible for campus placements in b.tech. A lot of companies like tata technologies have visited our campus for placements. Above 85% of students get placed every year from our department and the rest apply for higher students, some of them also get fully funded masters.

I was in an in-campus girls' hostel, it was a two sharing room along with a balcony and attached washroom. Our hostel fee was 155000, it included hostel facilities (eg. Room maintanence, hot water 24x7, a common fridge, etc.) and mess facilities (i.e. meals 4 times in a day). From the hostel fee structure 70,000 where for mess facilities and the rest for hostel facilities.

The college conducts cultural events and annual fest known as persona fest. College also conducts various technical festivals like hackathon. You can access the books and journals from the library very easily, The college conducts sport competitions within the college as well as inter college sports tournament are also held in our university. Our department has clubs related to aeromodelling and rocket designing which gives us hands on experience of manufacturing a rc aircraft.

The hostel facilities included everyday cleaning of the room, hot water 24x7, a common fridge, common induction, balcony, attached washroom. It was a two sharing room. The mess provide meals 4 times in a day, the food quality was nice. The hostel fee was affordable when compared to the facilities they provide. You can register for the hostel in-person. They will guide you through the registration process and also give you a hostel tour. Even the PGs in the locality are safe.

I didn't not apply for any other colleges, I was aware of this college as my cousins were also a part of it. But I believe this was the right choice for me to take for myself and my carrier growth. Competitive exams like cet and jee are also applicable as far as admission is concerned. You can also seek admission by the university's own competitive exam pera cet.

The faculty to student ratio is 1:6. All the student are given equal attention in order to solve their problems. All the faculties are very helpful and friendly, they handle every student's problem individual and gives individual attention to everyone. We can approach them directly in class or also go ask about our doubts in their cabin after class or after college we can also text them regarding it. We have mid term pattern in our department, they conduct one mid term exam and then end semester examination. All the courses we have in our curriculum are helpful and useful.

Everything including cafeterias, library as well as gym gets shut down by 9pm. The hostel and campus timings are 9:30pm. The locality is completely safe as many hostels are outside the campus as well. To roam at night in the locality it is safe.
