Course Curriculum Overview
The courses offered in this college are CSE,IT,ECE,EE,EIE,ME,CE,BME,BCA,MCA and M.TECH in PS AND CS. It is affiliated under Maulana Abul kalam Azad University of Technology (MAKAUT). There are 8 semesters for engineering students in which questions are prepared and checked by university officials.
Placement Experience
Placement is pretty good compare to other colleges in West Bengal.CSE,IT,ECE are the best streams if you want a job from this college as maximum of the companies that visits are software oriented.College gives Value Added training which happens after every semesters.
College Events
There are many events that takes place in this college.From the beginning of year Extra curricular activities like Intra sports and Athletics event gets started.Events that takes places are Cricket,Football,Kabaddi,Volleyball, Carrom,Chess etc.After completion of sports ,the Tech fest takes place and after that the cultural fest.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Fees is quite expensive as compared to govt. Colleges.Moreover there are facilities like TFW where students can study with less amount of fee.Fees are to be paid before the starting of the respective semesters.
Fees and Financial Aid
TFW (Tution fee waiver scheme ) is the only thing way to get scholarships.Studebt Loan can be taken from banks where after completion of the course student pays their fee later to the respective bank.
Campus Life
Lsbs are well equipped with the instruments and machines a student need.The college give special attention to sports.Every year students from our college visits other colleges and bring trophies.Extra curricular activities like Robotics takes place.
Alumni/Alumna
Seniors are really very helpful.They helps a lot in projects,Studies and give suggestions about jobs.There is a great senior-junior bonding in this college which helps it more unique than other colleges.
Admission
I had cleared WBJEE and secured a decent rank.Then after the counselling process this college was alloted to me. After the counselling process I visited my college then verified my documents and paid the required admission fees and got admitted.
