Remarks
The college is so strict which is quite uncomfortable for the irregular students. The college is so serious about the academics. Beside this the college has an amazing campus. The college is located in a quite far from the city but there is no transportation problem.
Course Curriculum Overview
The courses available here for BTech and MCA. In BTech the departments are CSE, IT, AEIE, ECE, EE and ME. The BTech course is for 4 years. And there are 8 semester exams. Each semester has two internal examinations.
Placement Experience
The placement record is quite better than the other private engineering colleges in West Bengal. 60% of The Eligible students are placed every year. Generally the IT companies visit the campus but some core companies also visit the campus. The highest package is 10 lakh last year.
College Events
The college also have an amazing cultural background. The annual cultural fest is a ARCADIA, and the freshers welcome fest is REGATTA. Arcadia is a two day programme. In the first day the students perform and in the second day there come a celebrity singer.
Fee Structure And Facilities
No it is not so expensive. The overall amount in 4 years is 3.59 lacs. Where each semester fee is 40000 and personality development class fee is 30000. And there are some extra little amount fees like sports fee, lab fee, library fee. And all of them are one time.
Fees and Financial Aid
There is both scholarship and loan fecility available here. If you have good rank and you score good in semester exams then your semester fee will be waved. If you have financial problem then you can apply for the education loan.
Campus Life
The college is also available for the extracurricular activites like playing guiter and other musical intruments, singing , dancing, yoga, panting , recitation , startup business plan, robotics, coding, food curving etc.
Alumni/Alumna
The seniors are the best. There is no ragging in the college. The seniors are so helpful. They alwas behave like a friend. Some of the alumni are now in PSU. They cleared the GATE exam and some of them are doing M-tech from the top colleges of India.
Admission
I got the admission in the college through joint entrance examination. I cleared the examination and got this college according to my rank. Then I filled the e-counselling process. For admission the examinations are WBJEE and JEE main.
