Course Curriculum Overview
The course and the curriculum is very good and is always updated. the level of study is good and keeps on improving. the teaching methods are very advanced well equipped. the curriculum helps develop the understanding and knowledge of various aspects
Internships Opportunities
The main company was highradius which gave placement to many students. The internship opportinities are available to the students which have done good projects and have a good level of knowledge. the average stipend of the internships is nearly 15k per month.
Placement Experience
The placements are not much good but a lot of companies visit the campus and provide an average package of 5-6 lpa. if you are not able to grab the placement then its your fault and lack of skills, you have to be better than 70% of the students to grab a decent offer. Highest package offered was 50lpa. near about 70% sudents easily grab placements.
Fees and Financial Aid
Tuition fees per semester is 2 lacs. Kiit conducts an admission exam and if you secure a rank within 1000 then they provide you a scholarship of 10000rs per month. Another way to secure scholarship is if you score 10 pointer in each subject of your semester. Other than that, you need to submit 75000 during the time of admission and the college will provide you a laptop using that money. For hostel, the average fees is 60000 per semester and they take a one time fee of rs15000.At the time of end semester exams, you need to pay a total of 1000rs.
Campus Life
The social life and campus life is very awesome. we have a huge campus with a very busy events schedule. the fest here is one of the best in insia. the library is very beautiful. There are near about 30 clubs in the college. The infrastructure is very advanced and beautiful.
Hostel Facilities
the rooms are of 4 types. 2 bedded Ac premium which comes with AC and attached washroom, 2 bed AC which has common washroom, 3 bed ac premium and 3 bed AC. The food quality is very good and the charge very less for the food.
Admission
Opting for a government college is absolutely the best option. I would always prefer government college over this college due to the return on investment. I prepared for JEE but was not able to clear it. It is a decent option for you if you can afford. The college conducts its exam KIITEE and also intakes students through JEE
Faculty
The teachers here are 90% PHD holders and very knowleged. they are very supportive and help you in all the ways possible. the faculty are easily approachable and very helpful. Some of the lab assistants are rude but overall the course and teachers are good. each semester you have 6-7 exams. thery are easy if you listen to the teachers carefully. you just need to attend the classes propoerly, rest revision can be done at the times of exams.
Night Life
If you are in 1st year then they will not allow you out of the hostel after 6:30 pm. The in time increases with the time you spend here. Later you can do nighouts also. the night life is not so good but decent. the gym is also available and can also be accessed after the in time
