Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum covers almost everything aspect and is aicte approved.It really boosts your knowledge about the subject and provides you with better skills.The exams are not very difficult and can be rated moderate .
Placement Experience
Students become eligibile for placements from 6th semester and the placements are good in this college.the highest package till date it 47lpa,which gives us a good idea of how the placements are.thecollege also provides internships for the students progress.many students pursue mtech after this while others opt for placements.
Fees and Financial Aid
My total fees is 6.5 lakhs including the hostel charges.the total course fee is 5.5 lakhs .i have enrolled myself through wbjee counselling. Swami vivekananda scholarship is opted by many and it really helps a lot of students.
Campus Life
Both annual cultural and technical fests are held in this college.sports , intra colleges events and many more activities are held throughout the year.cultural events and programmes are also held.The college central library has a huge collection of books and great reading places.there are 61 running clubs for the students.
Hostel Facilities
All hostels for first years are in campus and the food is normal. Meal quality is more or less good and the fees are affordable One bed ,one pillow will be provided . Filtered waters are provided for the students
Admission
Specifically the course i opted for is really good in this college.the lab and infrastructure is at its best and also the future aspects are more.You can get into this college via wbjee/jee mains ,direct admission or management quota.
Faculty
There are two semester (even and odd)held every year and the college being autonomous sets its own question paper.the faculties are really helpful and guides students and looks after their overall development
Night Life
For the first year girls hostel in time is 7:30 while for others it is 8pm For boys the hostel in time is 9-10pm. Girls arent able to enjoy that much of night life in campus but there are gyms,cafeterias and sports activities
